Abstract In order to adapt to the development and application of power dispatch control systems in the future cloud computing environment, this study proposes to make full use of the elastic characteristics of cloud computing to construct a new power dispatch control system architecture. First, we analyze the shortcomings of the traditional power dispatch control system architecture, from the perspective of architecture complexity, operation and maintenance, universality and disaster tolerance. Secondly, combining the characteristics of the existing dispatch control system, we propose a new power dispatch control system architecture that conforms to the cloud computing platform. Finally, we emphatically analyzed the key technologies for key breakthroughs needed to realize the power dispatching control system architecture. Through the comparison of traditional and new power dispatch control system architectures, it can be considered that the new power dispatching control system architecture has greatly improved reliability, flexibility, safety and economy, and has certain advantages.

This paper proposes multilevel architecture for an intelligent control system for the complex chemical energy technological process of yellow phosphorus production from apatite-nepheline ore processing waste. The research revealed that, when controlling this process, one has to deal with large amounts of multiformat and polymodal information, and control goals differ at different levels not only in effectiveness criteria, but also in the structuredness of the level problems. On this basis, it is proposed that intelligent methods be used for the implementation of information processes and control goals at individual levels and the whole system. The artificial intelligence methods underlying the informational model of a control system offer solutions to problems of analyzing control processes at different hierarchy levels, namely the initial level of sensing devices, the levels of programmable logic controllers, dispatching of control and production processes, enterprise management and strategic planning. Besides, the intelligent control system architecture includes analytical and simulation models of processes occurring in the multistage procedure of ore waste processing by a plant consisting of a granulating machine, a conveyor-type multichambercalcining machine, and an ore thermal furnace. The architecture of information support for the control system comprises a knowledge-based inference block intended for implementing the self-refinement of neural network and simulation models. Fuzzy logic methods are proposed for constructing this block. The paper considers the deployment of control algorithms for a phosphorus production system using the Matlab software environment on the basis of a modern complex system development paradigm known as the model-oriented design concept.

This paper focuses on the manner in which the interplay of several external and internal forces can affect a company control-system architecture over time. As its object of enquiry, the Italian manufacturer Piaggio provides us with a glimpse of management accounting techniques across a century in a context of economic instability and political and social tensions in Italy. The authors examine the contextual factors conditioning influences and their interplay with Piaggio costing techniques. The study suggests that accounting change was dependant on a complex set of relationships and preconditions. The specificity of the company accounting controls was tied to the interplay of internal and external forces, for instance changes in the production motivated by the war requirements, the rise of fascism and protectionism, low market competition, high-skilled technicians, investment on innovation, low wages, and strikes of the workforce. The findings highlight that the occurred developments and changes were carried out in order to enable the survival of the firm and to respond to specific managerial, behavioural, and organizational needs.

The control system is the central control unit of the radio telescope. It is used to monitor, control, coordinate, and manage software and hardware systems so as to satisfy the requirements of high-precision control in astronomical observation of radio telescope. The control system architecture is the foundation for the implementation of the control system, which determines the stability, scalability, and maintainability of the control system. Furthermore, the architecture design of the control system is closely geared towards the technological development of radio telescope and computer software architecture. In this article, we analyze the characteristic of the control system of a radio telescope in various steps and discuss the development of their architecture and middleware framework. System architecture and middleware framework of control system also serve as a useful reference for the design of other radio telescope control systems.
