To solve the effect of the range imaging broadening, the speed estimation of high-speed non-cooperative target of inverse synthetic aperture lidar translated for the estimation of the frequency modulation slope. A parameter estimation method of fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) was presented. This method could effectively estimate the frequency modulation slope. Under low SNR, the error of the estimate was less than 0.03. The research laid the foundation for velocity compensation and 2-D range-Doppler imaging of the follow-up.

The motion-blurred image restoration has been the difficulty of the field of image processing. In this paper, proposed a motion-blurred length method based on Fourier transform of the parameter estimation method. The method improved the accuracy of the blurred length estimation. The method improved the effect of the motion-blurred image restoration. The experiments verified that the accuracy and feasibility of the method proposed.

Parameter estimation of chirp signal is analyzed using Pei algorithm of FRFT (Fractional Fourier Transform). Firstly, the model of parameter estimation has been made. Secondly, the factors influencing the estimation accuracy have been analyzed. Finally, the simulation has been made to verify the conclusions.

To estimate parameters of poly-phase coded radar signals, a modified Fractional Fourier transform (FrFT) is advanced. This algorithm employs Integrated Quadratic Phase function (IQPF) to estimate frequency rate with which the best degree for Frft is computed. Its computational cost is lower than that of Radon-Wigner transform (RWT) and Radon-Ambiguity transform (RAT). When the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is -7 dB, Simulations show its parameter estimation performance closes to the Cramer-Rao Lower Bounds (CRLB).

Based on the relationship between the Radon-Wigner transform and fractional Fourier transform and the time frequency distribution, using the property that Radon-Wigner transform has better performance in time and frequency domain, detection and parameter estimation of Chirp signal have been done by Radon-Wigner transform or fractiona1 Fourier transform. The theoretica1 analysis and simulation prove that two techniques are better than generic time-frequency transform, such as Wigner-Ville transform.
