This research was conducted to diagnose gastric diseases that are more specific to humans, namely grastitis, ulcers, gastric cancer, gastric tumors / gastric polyps, dyspesia, gerd, gastroparesis and gastroenteritis. With more specific symptoms, the percentage of gastric disease will be greater. An expert system for diagnosing gastric disease using the Fuzzy Mamdani method can help minimize the role of internal medicine doctors so that patients can detect what type of gastric disease they have early. The web-based expert system allows the role of informatics in the health sector and can be stored in a large database file so that it is more efficient, on target and follows developments in the medical world. With the detected gastrointestinal symptoms, the patient will be able to diagnose what type of gastric disease suffered by the patient with the results of the research being able to detect the type of gastric disease, its symptoms and treatment solutions.

An expert system which is part of artificial intelligence is a computer system that is able to imitate the reasoning of an expert with certain expertise. An expert system in the form of software can replace the role of an expert (human) in the decision-making process based on the symptoms given to a certain level of certainty. This study raises the problem that many women experience, namely not understanding that they have uterine myomas. Many women do not understand and are not aware that there are already symptoms that are felt and these symptoms are symptoms of the presence of uterine myomas in their bodies. Therefore, it is necessary for women to be able to diagnose independently so that they can take treatment as quickly as possible. In this study, the expert will first provide the expert CF values. Then the user / respondent gives an assessment of his condition with the CF User values. In the end, the values obtained from these two factors will be processed using the certainty factor formula. Users must provide answers to all questions given by the system in accordance with their current conditions. After all the conditions asked are answered, the system will display the results to identify that the user is suffering from uterine myoma disease or not. The Expert System with the certainty factor method was tested with a patient who entered the symptoms experienced and got the percentage of confidence in uterine myomas/fibroids of 98.70%. These results indicate that an expert system with the certainty factor method can be used to assist in diagnosing uterine myomas as early as possible.

Scientific-technological development, along with initiating integrative forces that offer improvement of the quality of human life, concurrently created prerequisites for individuals to exploit certain innovations for performing criminal activities. Modern criminals wander through electronic networks, and assisted by high technology, perform a variety of criminal acts and ?launder? large sums of money. Computer forensics is a technological, systemic control of the computer system and its content for the purpose of gathering evidence of a criminal act or other abuse that it has been used for. Digital forensics requires particular expertise that goes beyond traditional data collection, as well as employment of techniques available to the final user or system support personnel. In this context, this article examines principles, methods and procedures in mobile device investigation, which nowadays represent a multifunctional, powerful computer weapon, and considers the necessity to update concrete procedures in accordance with the development and growth of IT.

The rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic made it necessary to take serious precautions in the field of education, so schools were closed in many countries and switched to online education. The pandemic has caused similar changes in higher education institutions in Turkey. The motivation of the students is an important component in achieving the targeted success of the rapidly adapted online education. This study aims to investigate the factors that affect the motivation of management information systems students towards online education conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings reveal that the role of instructor, system support, and time management come to the fore in students' positive motivation. On the other hand, ineffective group work, failure to achieve career goals, prolonged pandemic period, and breakdown in social relationships have influence on students' negative motivation. It is expected that this study will guide policy developers for distance education and instructional strategies to be developed in the field of management information systems.

Human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs) are genetic elements resulting from relics of ancestral infection of germline cells, now recognized as cofactors in the etiology of several complex diseases. Here we present a review of findings supporting the role of the abnormal HERVs activity in neurodevelopmental disorders. The derailment of brain development underlies numerous neuropsychiatric conditions, likely starting during prenatal life and carrying on during subsequent maturation of the brain. Autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, and schizophrenia are neurodevelopmental disorders that arise clinically during early childhood or adolescence, currently attributed to the interplay among genetic vulnerability, environmental risk factors, and maternal immune activation. The role of HERVs in human embryogenesis, their intrinsic responsiveness to external stimuli, and the interaction with the immune system support the involvement of HERVs in the derailed neurodevelopmental process. Although definitive proofs that HERVs are involved in neurobehavioral alterations are still lacking, both preclinical models and human studies indicate that the abnormal expression of ERVs could represent a neurodevelopmental disorders-associated biological trait in affected individuals and their parents.

Discontent with the functioning of representative bodies is hardly new. Most of them were born and developed in the face of opposition denying their legitimacy and their feasibility. Most have lived amid persistent unfriendly attitudes, ranging from the total hostility of anti-democrats to the pessimistic assessments of such diverse commentators as Lord Bryce, Walter Lippmann, and Charles de Gaulle. Of particular interest today is the discontent with representative bodies expressed by the friends of democracy, the supporters of representative government, many of whom see in recent history a secular ‘decline of parliament’ and in prospect the imminent demise of representative bodies.

DIAG, a diagnostic expert system for oil systems of aeroengines, is presented in this paper. Using artificial intelligence, DIAG, which simulates the role of human experts in solving problems, can solve the complicated problems in diagnosing the faults and failures of oil systems of gas turbine engines. The paper concentrates on the design of DIAG as well as the process of handling the complex relation and uncertainty of problems. It also includes graphic subsystem and data subsystem. It is affirmed by the expected goal of diagnosing the faults and failures of oil system and engine of CFM56 engine on Boeing 737–300 airplane.
