The Expert Panel for Cosmetic Ingredient Safety (Panel) reassessed the safety of the mixture Methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI)/Methylisothiazolinone (MI), which functions as a preservative in cosmetic products. The Panel reviewed relevant animal and human data provided in this safety assessment, and data from the previously published safety assessment of this mixture, and concluded that MCI/MI is safe in cosmetics when formulated to be nonsensitizing, based on the results of a quantitative risk assessment or similar methodology; however, at no point should concentrations exceed 7.5 ppm in leave-on products or 15 ppm in rinse-off products.

This study aims to determine the implementation of Muhadharah in training public speaking skills at MI Ruhul Amin, Muhadharah's extracurricular strategies in training public speaking skills, and its inhibiting and supporting factors. This type of research was conducted in the form of a qualitative descriptive field study. This study's sources of data include principals, teachers, students, and non-human data sources consisting of relevant madrasah documents and data. The results showed that the extracurricular activities of Muhadharah at MI Ruhul Amin were held every Saturday afternoon. The strategy used is to make a muhadharah schedule, compile and correct the speech's text, take turns choosing a place for muhadharah, take part in competitions or competitions. Inhibiting factors include students' lack of interest in muhadharah practice, lack of confidence, incomplete facilities, students' different character, and monotonous material delivery. These supporting factors include the extracurricular muhadharah that is carried out regularly, the existence of learning evaluations, the existence of sanctions for students who violate the rules, and quality supervisors

I present a computational-level model of semantic interference effects in online word production within a rate–distortion framework. I consider a bounded-rational agent trying to produce words. The agent's action policy is determined by maximizing accuracy in production subject to computational constraints. These computational constraints are formalized using mutual information. I show that semantic similarity-based interference among words falls out naturally from this setup, and I present a series of simulations showing that the model captures some of the key empirical patterns observed in Stroop and Picture–Word Interference paradigms, including comparisons to human data from previous experiments.
