Introduction. This article is devoted to legal regulation of digital assets turnover, utilization possibilities of distributed computing and distributed data storage systems in activities of public authorities and entities of public control. The author notes that some national and foreign scientists who study a “blockchain” technology (distributed computing and distributed data storage systems) emphasize its usefulness in different activities. Data validation procedure of digital transactions, legal regulation of creation, issuance and turnover of digital assets need further attention.Materials and methods. The research is based on common scientific (analysis, analogy, comparing) and particular methods of cognition of legal phenomena and processes (a method of interpretation of legal rules, a technical legal method, a formal legal method and a formal logical one). Results of the study. The author conducted an analysis which resulted in finding some advantages of the use of the “blockchain” technology in the sphere of public control which are as follows: a particular validation system; data that once were entered in the system of distributed data storage cannot be erased or forged; absolute transparency of succession of actions while exercising governing powers; automatic repeat of recurring actions. The need of fivefold validation of exercising governing powers is substantiated. The author stresses that the fivefold validation shall ensure complex control over exercising of powers by the civil society, the entities of public control and the Russian Federation as a federal state holding sovereignty over its territory. The author has also conducted a brief analysis of judicial decisions concerning digital transactions.Discussion and conclusion. The use of the distributed data storage system makes it easier to exercise control due to the decrease of risks of forge, replacement or termination of data. The author suggests defining digital transaction not only as some actions with digital assets, but also as actions toward modification and addition of information about legal facts with a purpose of its establishment in the systems of distributed data storage. The author suggests using the systems of distributed data storage for independent validation of information about activities of the bodies of state authority. In the author’s opinion, application of the “blockchain” technology may result not only in the increase of efficiency of public control, but also in the creation of a new form of public control – automatic control. It is concluded there is no legislation basis for regulation of legal relations concerning distributed data storage today.

Recently, with the development of Internet and the coming of new application modes, data storage has some new characters and new requirements. In this paper, a Distributed Computing Framework Mass Small File storage System (For short:Dnet FS) based on Windows Communication Foundation in .Net platform is presented, which is lightweight, good-expansibility, running in cheap hardware platform, supporting Large-scale concurrent access, and having certain fault-tolerance. The framework of this system is analyzed and the performance of this system is tested and compared. All of these prove this system meet requirements.

Cloud computing is the on-request accessibility of computer system resources, specially data storage and computing power, without direct dynamic management by the client. In the simplest terms, cloud computing means storing and accessing data and programs over the Internet instead of your computer’s hard drive. Along the improvement of cloud computing, more and more applications are migrated into the cloud. A significant element of distributed computing is pay-more only as costs arise. Distributed computing gives strong computational capacity to the general public at diminished cost that empowers clients with least computational assets to redistribute their huge calculation outstanding burdens to the cloud, and monetarily appreciate the monstrous computational force, transmission capacity, stockpiling, and even reasonable programming that can be partaken in a compensation for each utilization way Tremendous bit of leeway is the essential objective that forestalls the wide scope of registering model for clients when their secret information are expended during the figuring procedure. Critical thinking is a system to arrive at the pragmatic objective of specific instruments that tackles the issues as well as shield from pernicious practices.. In this paper, we examine secure outsourcing for large-scale systems of linear equations, which are the most popular problems in various engineering disciplines. Linear programming is an operation research technique formulates private data by the customer for LP problem as a set of matrices and vectors, to develop a set of efficient privacypreserving problem transformation techniques, which allow customers to transform original LP problem into some arbitrary one while protecting sensitive input/output information. Identify that LP problem solving in Cloud component is efficient extra cost on cloud server. In this paper we are utilizing Homomorphic encryption system to increase the performance and time efficiency

According to the automobile industry cluster situation at present, the paper introduces the method and train of thought of automobile industry cluster based on GIS from demand analysis, data base design, function design and so on. Also demonstration analysis in one automobile industry cluster. In construction, use client layer, web layer, business logic layer and data layer to design the system architecture. It improved the system maintenance performance, used Oracle and ArcSDE to access space data and attribute data, and mass data storage management. Research results maybe give some significance reference for design and implementation of automobile industry cluster.

In this chapter, Cloud disk searching technique is going to be proposed. Cloud based searching mechanism shows the utility of indexing, balancing, and data storage in cloud. The Chapter exhibits complexity of cloud based searching algorithms in real-time scenario. The proposed cloud based disk searching technique using parallel channels is searching data in less time consumption.Comparison graphs have been demonstrated for time difference realization in cloud. Parallel concepts have been introduced to facilitate searching the cloud. Sequential and several parallel situations have been compared using time graphsLoad balance monitoring, data searching and data accessing in less time have been introduced in this chapter.

Granularity is often ignored when designing geospatial Web services. Choices relating to granularity affect service interfaces, data storage and organization, and XML format design. This chapter highlights the importance of analyzing usage and performance requirements when deciding on granularity choices in the design of geospatial Web services. Often, instead of making design decisions based on these requirements, geospatial services are implemented using default, commonly used techniques which may reduce performance, increase complexity, or fail to fully meet user needs. This chapter discusses the importance of granularity in designing and implementing geospatial Web services and provides common examples that highlight the different approaches to granularity which are available.

In this generation of Internet, information and data are growing continuously. Even though various Internet services and applications. The amount of information is increasing rapidly. Hundred billions even trillions of web indexes exist. Such large data brings people a mass of information and more difficulty discovering useful knowledge in these huge amounts of data at the same time. Cloud computing can provide infrastructure for large data. Cloud computing has two significant characteristics of distributed computing i.e. scalability, high availability. The scalability can seamlessly extend to large-scale clusters. Availability says that cloud computing can bear node errors. Node failures will not affect the program to run correctly. Cloud computing with data mining does significant data processing through high-performance machine. Mass data storage and distributed computing provide a new method for mass data mining and become an effective solution to the distributed storage and efficient computing in data mining.
