Today, all managers use the information system to manage their organization efficiently and effectively. Moreover, a management information system (MIS) is a type of computerized information systems. Hence, human resource management information system (HRMIS) has a fast processing to produce accurate information within the organization environment. Therefore, many researchers proposed numerous HRMISs for university campuses. However, some universities, including Kurdistan Region universities are still relying paper-based system in managing their human resources. Based on that, this study aims to identify and analyze current systems which are used for managing and accessing human resource information in the university campus. Further, the study tries to design a web-based HRMIS based on the requirements achieved from aforementioned aim. The data collection of this study has been carried out at three universities, as a case study, in Duhok province. A mixed method of data collection was done. Then, the qualitative method of data collection conducted using interviews and observation instruments. Also, the quantitative method conducted using system usability scale (SUS) to evaluate the designed web-based HRMIS. Further, the analysis of collected data was based on the strategic planning technique using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats points. Then, the requirements of designing a proposed web-based HRMIS were achieved. After implementing of the proposed system, the evaluation results of SUS were conducted to be acceptable (i.e. total score is 72.03%) based on the end-user viewpoints. Further, the reliability of the proposed HRMIS will be conducted at the University by using reliability measurement tools after implementing such system for a period of time.

A previous paper described in detail the development of a competency-determined pharmacy curriculum at the University of Minnesota [1]. A second major project was initiated for the development of a patient-oriented, holistic pharmaceutical curriculum. This paper describes the management information system being developed to support the information and data management needs for both of these projects. The development process being used is evolutionary in motive, allowing the system to support the old curriculum as it is phased out, replaced by the new curriculum. In this way, the complexity of the management system increases as the curriculum requires, affording both time to test and debug new procedures and the ability to correct mistakes as work progresses.

Department of IT M&T PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya has currently implemented a management guideline based on COBIT 5.0 to support the process of monitoring and scheduling projects that will be implemented or currently being worked on PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. But in the process of implementing management guidelines, the department of IT M&T has not maximized the implementation of the monitoring and scheduling because it does not yet have a project management information system application. So far employees from the department of IT M&T use the process of monitoring and scheduling projects manually, namely by making a report in the form of an excel file for each progress of the projects. Of course, this is considered inefficient and often encounters human errors. Therefore, a web-based project management information system application was made, the application was built using the C3 programming language and Microsoft SQL Server database. Based on observation, it was concluding that the features available in the project management information system application had been running well and were able to meet the needs of users.
