Performance test and bottle analysis based on scientific research management platform

In this paper, using UML modeling tool (Rational Rose) conducted a needs analysis and modeling system, and on this basis, we design the interface module functions, system architecture and database. The paper finally designed and realized the system based on the.NET platform and Ajax technology. The system uses SQL Server as the background data management system, and in the end using ADO.NET technology to realize data access. According to the actual scientific research management, system design includes integrated office, scientific research institutions, scientific research personnel, research projects and other subsystems. the majority of teachers and the laboratory research team can within the prescribed time limit, in any location by logging into the science and Technology Department of scientific research project management webpage query declaration, provides great convenience for research teachers.

University scientific research management platform for the scientific management research personnel to carry out the work to provide convenience, for the leadership decision-making to provide auxiliary support, for teachers to carry out research activities to provide services. This paper studies the basic work of building university scientific research management platform. For the problem that the function is difficult to determine, it researches functional framework composed of scientific research information, scientific research results, scientific research projects, scientific research statistics, portals, system management and others subsystem; For the problem that the software development is difficult to achieve, it based on B / S structure to research three layers framework structure consisted of the user presentation layer, business logic, data access layer, and to describe each layer. Using the contents of this paper to build scientific research management platform, for the standard software development methods and improving the efficiency of system development has great significance.

With the advancement of world globalization and economic integration, the demand for outstanding foreign-related legal talents is increasing. After years of practice, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law has emerged in a number of international competitions and formed a unique management system for training foreign-related legal talents. Research management is conceptualized as the institutional activity oriented to the search, study, knowledge of reality, systematization of this knowledge and its transfer to satisfy needs and contribute to solving the problems of society. The results obtained in this article about scientific research, seem to be common to the scope of this research; What is clear is that the low motivation of teachers for research constitutes a common denominator in the universities of Ecuador, which, in the opinion of the author, can be increased if the management of the research process favors the institutional, administrative, curricular conditions that articulate the practice of teaching with research practice.
