In this paper, using UML modeling tool (Rational Rose) conducted a needs analysis and modeling system, and on this basis, we design the interface module functions, system architecture and database. The paper finally designed and realized the system based on the.NET platform and Ajax technology. The system uses SQL Server as the background data management system, and in the end using ADO.NET technology to realize data access. According to the actual scientific research management, system design includes integrated office, scientific research institutions, scientific research personnel, research projects and other subsystems. the majority of teachers and the laboratory research team can within the prescribed time limit, in any location by logging into the science and Technology Department of scientific research project management webpage query declaration, provides great convenience for research teachers.

This paper studies the basic work of building university scientific research management platform. For the problem that the function is difficult to determine, it researches functional framework composed of scientific research information, scientific research results, scientific research projects, scientific research statistics, portals, system management and others subsystem; For the problem that the software development is difficult to achieve, it based on B / S structure to research three layers framework structure consisted of the user presentation layer, business logic, data access layer, and to describe each layer. Using the contents of this paper to build scientific research management platform, for the standard software development methods and improving the efficiency of system development has great significance.

This paper attends to study Windows Server and SQL Server to form a combination of the two operating systems to establish an online learning platform. The platform basically completed the user needs to achieve functional, but also focuses on the application of Ajax technology, the use of this technology at the user level can be completed without page refresh can be achieved through video effects, the data layer, it reduces the data access to the database pressure, improve the overall performance of the overall learning platform, the results show that the techniques of this paper can be used in a very good application and online learning platform.

A Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) can be deployed to monitor the health of patients suffering from critical diseases. A wireless network consisting of biomedical sensors can also be implanted into the patient's body and can monitor the patients' conditions. These sensor devices, apart from having an enormous capability of collecting data from their physical surroundings, are also resource constraint in nature with a limited processing and communication ability. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate them with the Grid technology in order to process and store the collected data by the sensor nodes. This chapter proposes the SEnsor Grid Enhancement Data Management system, called SEGEDMA, ensuring the integration of different network technologies and the continuous data access to system users. The main contribution of this work is to achieve the interoperability of both technologies through a novel network architecture ensuring also the interoperability of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) and HL7 standards. According to the results SEGEDMA can be applied successfully in a decentralized healthcare environment.

This topic has constructed a model of the whole process of project management system of scientific research in the framework of .NET, according to the characteristics of scientific research project management. This paper not only describes system architecture, key features, design methods and techniques, but also analyze system core technologies such as the WebService and Winform. Scientific research management system which can be applied to mobile terminals improve the level and efficiency of scientific research management to a large extent, providing a network and environment for scientific research project cooperation and management.
