The features of scientific activity of scientific and industrial enterprises are considered. The analysis of the functioning of a research and production enterprise in carrying out complex scientific research has been carried out. The contour of scientific research management is presented in the form of the main stages of the technological process of their implementation. The possibility of using the program-target approach as an effective strategy for managing research in solving complex and complex problems of a research and production enterprise is shown. An example of a matrix organizational structure of management is given as the most effective for the approach under consideration, with a description of the main stages. The use of automated information systems to improve the efficiency of research management is proposed. The diagram of the inclusion of an automated information system in the general structure of management of scientific research of the enterprise is shown. The described methods have been introduced in the NPO "Lakokraspokrytie" and are successfully used in the implementation of innovative projects for the development, design and commissioning of energy-saving painting lines, within the framework of one of which a painting line for freight cars was designed and put into operation JSC "SPC "Uralvagonzavod" in Nizhny Tagil city, which allows painting up to 16 thousand different modifications of freight cars per year

For the purpose to realize information collection, collation, transfer, tracking and execution required by Hunan Urban Construction College to carry out the function of scientific research and management, and through the re-definition of the workflow process definition, we combine the modeling technology of Petri net and the workflow technology to design the amendment of the workflow process and the storage mechanism. Also we design the data structure of the workflow engine, hoping to make breakthrough on both thoughts and measures for the realization of the research management & information system.

Researching the design process of scientific research management information system of Jiangmen polytechnic. According to the characteristics of the scientific research management in colleges and universities, the system is developing by using the B/S application model and the advanced .NET framework. The system consists of teachers management module, faculty-level management module, and library management module, scientific research department management module, system management module and public management module. Aim at the application maintenance and security, the system uses three-tier architecture, authorize to the management mechanism, data encryption and software separation and other security measures. The system has realized the classification audit of scientific research information and the dynamic management of the research integral reports. The using results show that the system is not only stable, but also easy to operate, and it also greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of the scientific research management.

Technology development has proved crucial in analyzing and processing the volume of scientific information that is generated today. Governments are developing scientific and technical information systems that, beyond a database, are a real tool for supporting research management and decision-making in the field of science and technology policy. For the development of higher education in Morocco, the ministry has focused on projects for the management and development of university research. For this purpose, Abdelmalek Essaadi University developed an efficient application dedicated to the management of collaborative extranet called SIMarech (Moroccan Information System of Scientific Research), in order to support, organize and structure all academic activities. It will enable all university stakeholders to use a digital workspace specific to their roles, to access and share information, and interact and engage in national scientific research. This article presents an overview of research management systems and the design and development of SIMarech, which is designed as a tool for monitoring research conducted by a university or other institutions.

After years of practice, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law has emerged in a number of international competitions and formed a unique management system for training foreign-related legal talents. The practice management of international moot competition includes centralized management, teaching management, scientific research management and autonomous management. The mutual coordination of the above management methods can effectively improve the ability of law students to analyze and solve problems, help them better adapt to the international practice environment in advance, and provide a replicable and popularized mode for long-term cultivation of outstanding foreign-related legal talents.

Research subject. Information interaction of the user with the information system. Objective. Improving the efficiency of user interaction with the information system to solve the main problem by customizing its interface and work script. Core results. The proposed methodology of scientific research aimed at achieving the goal, and consisting of 3 steps. As a result of each of them, the following main scientific results are expected to be obtained: interaction model, interaction assessment method, interaction optimization method. Also, it is expected to obtain private scientific results: the classification of the disadvantages of interaction, the influence of its parameters on the final efficiency, the architecture of the interface and scenario optimization system. Main conclusions. The proposed research scheme is scientifically correct and allows you to conduct a fullfledged scientific research and achieve the goal of the work. As a result, a method and a software tool will be developed that will make it possible to adjust a specific interface and a scenario for its work according to its own performance criteria - potency, operativeness and resource efficiency; at the same time, the general logic of solving the problem by the information system will remain unchanged.

<p><span lang="EN-US">Considering the importance of the ergonomic aspect for information systems in providing an easy use of the computing systems, this paper focuses on the elaboration of a hybrid model for the ergonomic evaluation of information systems that merges a set of inspection dimensions such as accessibility, practicality, emotionality, and technological persuasion. Details on how the model has been constructed and data have been collected are presented. For the evaluation of our model, a situation of an information system for scientific research (SIMArech) in Moroccan Universities has been studied. This model can be used by ergonomist and human factor professionals. It is found that the proposed heuristics can effectively assess the most important dimensions of scientific research information systems.</span></p>
