The growing development of computers triggers the amount of software in different amounts and uses. A system is said to be good when starting planning that can estimate the cost, time and amount of resources needed as a basis for planning a system. So that the estimated cost can be an element in an assessment. The research explains that the Academic Guidance Information System (SIBIMA) which is a system for carrying out student consultation activities with academic advisers at XYZ University. From the software cost estimation results at SIBIMA use Function Point which is a method of estimating software size using an indirect approach or indirect approach to estimate software size in Function Point units (FP), for Effort values on SIBIMA is 379,906 man / hour and it is known that the cost needed in developing SIBIMA is IDR 22,858,705 so that it can be used as a reference if the higher education institution wants to develop a software system

For a different item, you can purchase it. There are different costs to purchase that you can analysis the benefit and loses, even if on the software it has different approaches to analysis their wages, the developer company can get their analysis by the different methods.  There are a lot of software cost estimation methods are appearing in different years but still, those methods have their own drawback on making a correct effort and scheduling estimation, here in the paper Today there are different software cost estimation methods that the software company uses from the requirement to implementation phase. Corrected cost estimation supports us to complete the project on planned times and budgets. This paper is mainly presenting the current situations of cost estimation on software placed in Addis Abebas different software compony

Assessment cost of the software component contributes a major part in software cost estimation and it is one of the major cost of the software out of- integration cost i.e. the cost of glue codes, assessment costs and tailoring cost. Many researchers have proposed formulas for evaluating assessment and tailoring costs theoretically. Assessment cost is very often considered to be theoretical cost which involves cost of component selection and composition. According to Moguel Goulao et. al assessment cost for overall component can be measured qualitatively and quantitatively both. He has suggested that qualitative measurement is mostly based on views provided by the experts whereas the quantitative measurement is more subjective and repetitive in nature. Various metrics has been suggested by different authors to quantitatively measure the assessment cost for software components. In this work we applying the metrics on case study of UCRS and developed a tool for evaluating the assessment cost which can be used in calculating the overall cost of the software.

Software cost estimation is the process of predicting software development efforts. The basic input of software cost estimation is the measurement metric. Projects often experience delays, over-budget, and are not completed due to failure to estimate software development costs. PT BPRS (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah) Lanatabur Tebuireng determines the estimated cost based on the amount of human resources, features needed, and funds owned. This study explains the estimated costs of the FAS (Financing Analysis System) software at PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng using the Function Point method. Function Point is a method of measuring software functionality based on the type of user function that is External Input, External Output, External Inquire, Internal Logic File, and External Interface File as well as technical calculations of software development. The final of the FAS (Financing Analysis System) study cost around IDR 94,797,120.

Automated and robust damage detection tool is needed to enhance the resilience of civil infrastructures. In this article, a deep learning-based damage detection procedure using acceleration data is proposed as an automated post-hazard inspection tool for rapid structural condition assessment. The procedure is investigated with a focus on application in concentrically braced frame structure, a commonly used seismic force-resisting structural system with bracing as fuse members. A case study of six-story concentrically braced frame building was selected to numerically validate and demonstrate the proposed method. The deep learning model, a convolutional neural network, was trained and tested using numerically generated dataset from over 2000 sets of nonlinear seismic simulation, and an accuracy of over 90% was observed for bracing buckling damage detection in this case study. The results of the deep learning model were also discussed and extended to define other damage feature indices. This study shows that the proposed procedure is promising for rapid bracing condition inspection in concentrically braced frame structures after earthquakes.
