The small seawater desalination system based on loop heat pipe principle by using plate capillary pump technology, a new type of radiator spoiler evaporator and soaking plate finned condenser to realize desktop-class solar seawater desalination system. The Venturi tube principle is used to reduce the internal pressure and energy consumption, and solar photoelectric board with electric heating board function is used to solve problems for areas where there is a shortage of electricity and fresh water resources. Full automatic control system is used to realize the full automatic operation of the equipment.Desktop-class light and small seawater desalination equipment enjoys a broad market prospect. It can not only be used in islands, fishing boats, offshore operating platforms and other complex working scenarios, but also can be used as a large ship freshwater resources emergency equipment.

A web based remote monitor & control system for grinding process is presented. In this system, OPC/Socket drive technology, CAN bus technology, B/S structure, Java Applet and ActiveX etc. are used to realize the remote monitor & control, and grinding processes in different place can be monitored and controlled by remote grinding expert only through browser, so it overcomes the shortage that the grinding quality depends on skilled workers and variants with grinding operators. The data processing and feature releasing method of AE signals in grinding process also be discussed. The grinding state feature information can be updated automatically, and be browsed by remote experts through running the ActiveX in the browser. Therefore, it is of important significance for improving workers’ working environment and work-piece quality.

Aimed at the shortage water resources and demand for water-saving irrigation in our country, this paper puts forward an irrigation control system realization method by using wireless sensor network on the basis of Zigbee wireless network. And then, this paper shows the specific implementation details. Through the preliminary experiments, it has been proved that this system can accurately obtain data from network node. Besides, the system is stable so that it has certain application value.

Introduced a Web-based real-time network monitoring and control system design methods, the 3-D VR was applied in a remote monitor system based on browser/server structure, and a VRML and Java based 3-D remote monitor system was realized. Meanwhile, give possible solutions of the real-time data transmission and the stability of the system.
