Smart Water Level Indicator The Water Level Indicator is beneficial to the public, especially to residents living in rivers. This technology can provide early warnings to residents when the water level is occupying a dangerous level and facilitates workers who control the dam of the river. This technology can alert early through sirens and notifications / messages via smartphones as well as to the river dashboard controllers capable of controlling water gates through their smartphones. The worker who controls the dam of this river no longer needs to go back to the dam's door control house to open the water dam door. Workers who are in charge of controlling dam need to stand in one place only to open their smartphones and control the dam's doorway using the fingertips. To the people living in the river, they do not have to worry about the floods that will happen in their area. They will get an early warning about the flood at any time even when they are sleeping. They will get the warning via notification on their smartphone and siren is places in a certain area to produce a loud noise so that residents can be prepared to face the disaster. It is expect that the Water Level Indicator is able to take a step further and can be use as best as possible and can help the local community

Nowaday time indicator as hour and calendar constitutes necessary for thing a lot of person to trip routines. In general, the clock and the calendar can only be seen by normal people. People with special needs, its example is blind will have difficulty in using the clock and the calendar Get bearing with that problem, therefore to help that blind is designed and made by time indicator tool with voice output. Generally, the tool's instructions when using RTC DS1307, is microcontroller ATmega16 and ISD 25 120. Information about hour, minute, date, month, and year obtained from DS1307 RTC is accessed using microcontroller ATmega16, then from the data when the information obtained is matched in the voice storage unit on ISD25120. As a results, will be obtained time information data such as voice. Besides, time setting, alarm, battery level indicator, and charge the battery with the sound as well is the tool is equipped permanently. Finally, this tool can help the blind people to be more independent in making it easier to tell the time in living day-to-day activities.

Smart rainwater harvesting (RWH) systems can automatically release stormwater prior to rainfall events to increase detention capacity on a household level. However, impacts and benefits of a widespread implementation of these systems are often unknown. This works aims to investigate the effect of a large-scale implementation of smart RWH systems on urban resilience by hypothetically retrofitting an Alpine municipality with smart rain barrels. Smart RWH systems represent dynamic systems, and therefore, the interaction between the coupled systems RWH units, an urban drainage network (UDN) and digital infrastructure is critical for evaluating resilience against system failures. In particular, digital parameters (e.g., accuracy of weather forecasts, or reliability of data communication) can differ from an ideal performance. Therefore, different digital parameters are varied to determine the range of uncertainties associated with smart RWH systems. As the results demonstrate, smart RWH systems can further increase integrated system resilience but require a coordinated integration into the overall system. Additionally, sufficient consideration of digital uncertainties is of great importance for smart water systems, as uncertainties can reduce/eliminate gained performance improvements. Moreover, a long-term simulation should be applied to investigate resilience with digital applications to reduce dependence on boundary conditions and rainfall patterns.
