A design of dry-mixed mortar control system based on Fieldbus and PLC was introduced in this paper. A scheme of totally integrated automation, which includes S7-300 PLC, PROFIBUS-DP Fieldbus, touch panel and etc., was proposed. Firstly, control demands and process of this system were described; secondly, hardware configuration and software design were illustrated as well. By using large-scale PLC and field level network - PROFUBUS-DP, the motions of electric motor actuators or hydraulic cylinder actuators are running well, and all sections in the process flow, like hoist, well-distributed vibration, mixing, unloading, etc can all be implemented in time and in place. Though the actual running of the control system it has been proved that the fully integrated automation production of dry-mixed mortar can be thoroughly realized.

At present, introduction of operating firing field technologies is one of the urgent tasks of the Russian railway transport, as their use can significantly improve operational performance parameters. The factors and conditions of transition to operating firing field control system for operational performance are investigated in this paper. It provides the analysis of the problems that arise during the work of the operating firing field and proposes measures for their elimination. Methods of mathematical and computer modeling using the author’s software product were used. A new approach to multilevel simulation of the work of a transport operating firing field has been developed, which involves the use of the mathematical apparatus of multiphase queuing systems.

In this paper, taking the quantitative casting system for lead anode plate as the object of study, develop a control system based on the fieldbus and fuzzy control. Introduce the process and control principle of the lead anode plate casting, and establish the quantitative pouring control system from two aspects as the designs of hardware and software equipment.The system adopts the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus technology and uses SIMATIC PLC as the master station to structure the casting control system. It describes the realization and simulation of the fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm in quantitative casting system.The simulation results show: Fuzzy - PI control scheme has a better control effectiveness than the traditional PID control system,for a smaller control response curve overshoot and error, a shorter response time and restraining the outside interference to the system and the instability of casting flow.

With the research and development of a university in hydraulic dynamometer test, we designed a lower machine based on PLC, and giving the power distribution cabinet, electrical and mechanical control system combined with King View software, SIEMENS WINCC software. This study has hand and automatic operation, sensor measuring tank pressure, the measured current measurement power motor, the measurement results sent to our remote devices by Profibus-dp, such as the design of computer use (PC) and remote operation apparatus (Chu Moping). Due to frequency converter is circular soft starting control structure, the motor has no impact at the time of the launch, and stable performance is good, this can improve the service life of the motor and pump greatly.

One kind of the reservoir gate monitoring and control system is developed, which is based on the operator station, remote control station, programmable logic controller and industrial network, to build a distributed networked control system. In this system, the position of the gate’s displacement is measured by a rotary coder that provides a Profibus-DP interface, and the reliability is enhanced. The communication program between the rotary coder and the controller is listed.
