With the continuous advancement of global economic integration, the influence of big data on cross-border B2B foreign trade export companies is increasing. Every cross-border B2B foreign trade export company needs to deal with increasingly fierce market competition, and cross-border B2B foreign trade export companies want to gain a competitive advantage, which it is necessary to actively introduce big data technology to innovate the management model of cross-border B2B foreign trade export enterprises. The managers of cross-border B2B foreign trade export enterprises must innovate decision-making concepts in a timely manner, collect and analyze big data, and make them a foreign trade enterprise. Meanwhile we need to pay attention to the introduction of high-quality professional data talents. This article first puts forward the concept and main characteristics of big data, which clarifies the various problems faced by foreign trade export enterprises since entering the era of big data. With the help of supply chain management mode, we need to innovates the management mode of cross-border B2B foreign trade export enterprises and actively applies big data technology and supply Chain management which promotes the healthy development strategy of foreign trade export enterprises and improves the core competitiveness of foreign trade export enterprises.

In the era of high informationization, supply chain management, as a symbol of a management era, brings us not only a new management tool, but also more importantly, updated management concepts and replanning, design, and ways to optimize business processes. The purpose of this article is to study the current information security issues that are common in China’s supply chain, such as the weak awareness of information security among corporate employees; the widespread disregard of information security management; the lack of a unified information security strategic planning and prevention mechanism; adverse selection risks and various defeats. In the specific application, starting from the overall business needs of the supply chain, referring to the framework of the supply chain information security system, through assessment and risk analysis, the security needs of the supply chain and its nodes are defined, and finally the e-commerce supply based on management information security is developed. Chain management mode. The experimental data show that the e-commerce supply chain management model based on management information security can effectively improve e-commerce operation efficiency and improve security performance. Experimental data show that the management mode of e-commerce supply chain management improves the security efficiency of e-commerce by about 20% and the operating efficiency by about 15%. The development of e-commerce is instructive.

The Cross-Border Road Transport Agency (CBRTA) in South Africa aims to encourage and facilitate trade between South Africa and its neighbouring countries. The CBRTA sponsored a study by Stellenbosch University (SU) to determine the logistics cost impact of cross-border delays between South Africa and its major neighbouring trading partners, and prioritise opportunities for improvement. SU is the proprietor of both a comprehensive freight demand model and a logistics cost model for South Africa, which enable extractions and extensions of freight flows and related costs for specific purposes. Through the application of these models, the following information is identified and presented in this paper: South Africa’s most important border posts (based on traffic flows); a product profile for imports and exports through these border posts; the modal split (road and rail); the annual logistics costs incurred on the corridors feeding the border posts, as well as the additional costs incurred due to border delays. The research has proved that the streamlining of border-post operations that take a total supply chain view (i.e. of both border operations and those that could be moved from the border) is beneficial.

Cross-border e-commerce, involving international product transactions via online and mobile platforms, is growing at a dramatic rate around the globe. One of the main concerns of brand firms is preventing counterfeit products from being sold under their names on e-commerce platforms. Counterfeit goods not only create economic losses to both the supply and demand sides, but also undermine efforts to improve sustainability. Proliferating counterfeits harm the brands of supply firms and trust in selling e-commerce platforms. In addition, they discourage participants in the supply chain from investing in social and environmental sustainability. If end-customers have access to detailed and comprehensive product information with a traceability system that can help overcome information uncertainty and asymmetry, losses can be prevented. The result of the pilot test has shown that securely shared in-depth product information among supply chain stakeholders from the supply side to end-customers can help prevent counterfeit goods from proliferating further by enabling consumers to determine the authenticity of products and report forgeries before paying.
