This study investigated the moderating impact of perceived service quality on the positive relationship between perceived usefulness of e-government services and intention to use e-government services. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was applied as the theoretical foundation for the study. The research data collected was analyzed with SPSS while the graphical representation of the moderating effect was generated using the software known as Interaction version 1.7.2211. The results have demonstrated that perceived service quality of e-government services does not have any significant moderating effect on the positive relationship between perceived usefulness and intention to use e-government services. However, perceived service quality and perceived usefulness of e-government services were found to be positively significant in influencing the intention to use e-government services. The implications of this study are further discussed.

The motives behind this study were to examine the moderating effect of awareness as well as direct effect of several determinants on behavioral intention to adopt m-government services. A quantitative survey was conducted in Tanzania rural area to collect data used in this study. Stratified and multi-stage sampling techniques were employed to select unit of interest. 407 usable questionnaires were collected and analyzed by using structural equation modelling. The results show that awareness does not have moderating effect on the specified model's paths. Furthermore, the study shows that relative advantage, ease-of-use, compatibility and government support have significant direct influence on rural farmers' behavioral intention to adopt m-government services. This study expands scholars' knowledge on the moderating effect of awareness on the adoption of m-government technologies, furthermore the study provides useful practical implications to policy makers on how to increase the adoption of m-government services in Tanzania rural areas.

This study explored the moderating effect of perceived usefulness on the impact of trust in the internet and trust in government on the intention to adopt e-government services. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used as the theoretical foundation for this study. The results indicated that trust in the internet and trust in government were both significant predictors of the intention to use e-government services. It was also discovered that trust in the internet was a positive determinant of trust in government. Furthermore, the study revealed that while perceived usefulness had a significant moderating effect on the impact of trust in the internet on the intention to use e-government services, it was however not significant in moderating the impact of trust in government on the intention to use. The significant and non-significant moderating effect of perceived usefulness on both the relationship between trust in the internet and trust in government on the intention to use is the unique contribution of this study. The implications of these findings are discussed.
