Abstract. West Java Provincial Health Office still faces difficulties in managing information, especially in medical records. Recording and reporting of malnutrition are still done in some stages starting from collecting data from village midwives, puskesmas, Regency/City Health Office then Provincial Health Office and forwarded to the the central office. It is necessary to manage information through service system by utilizing Cloud Computing based on information technology. This research uses The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) approach in Architecture Development Method (ADM), from Architecture Capability Iteration to  Architecture Development Iteration. Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) are two integrated activities in the context of controlling a program. The results of this research are planning a medical record information system architecture and monitoring malnutrition based on Cloud Computing with the name of M2Rec (Medical Record and Monitoring) in the form of integrated recommendation and development between current information system and proposed information system architecture. Keywords: togaf adm, medical record and monitoring, cloud computing Abstrak. Kata kunci: togaf adm, medical record and monitoring, cloud computing.

University of Christian Indonesian Paulus (UKI Paulus) had started the college quality assurance system by setting the standard, policy and quality of documents. However, it is not supported yet by the information system, which make the process of standard socialization, policy and quality document were not effective and causes limited access to anyone who need the information. Moreover, during the implementation of monitoring and evaluation (monev), quality audits is also inefficient and become a barrier for the implementation of the quality assurance system. Therefore, the information system based on data Internal Academic Quality Audit (Audit MutuAkademik Internal/AMAI) was developed using Unified Modeling Language as part of information and communication technology. The assessment of AMAI of UKI Paulus was carried out by the auditors to every departments by seeing the audited form then count the score of each rubric in order to obtain the standard value and perspective. The system of AMAI provides the report of academic quality assessment from each department to the related leader of the implementation unit. The presence of this system had helped the implementation of quality assurance system for university in order to improve the quality of their institution. The development of information system based on data, AMAI, uses the five stages paradigm of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC): (1) identification of system requirements; (2) analysis and modeling system; (3) making the system; (4) system assessment and improvement; (5) implementation.

In this paper, we present an agent- aware computing based collaborative information sys- tem scheme for MR applications. The HCI issues in VR, AR, and MR, have been discussed firstly. Besides the equipment, the lack of understanding of users also ac- counts for a significant bottleneck of improving user ex- perience and immersion during the interaction. Aiming at the issues, an agent-aware computing based scheme is proposed and implemented. The corresponding sys- tematic scheme is presented in the views of functional- ity, modules and system workflow and discussed in de- sign, implementation, and system synthesis. By means of the human-aware computing, system-aware comput- ing and human-system aware computing, issues such as mixed reality fusion, QoE-QoS management, confiden- tiality, and security, are addressed by the applying agent- aware computing based scheme into an implementation of the collaborative information system for mixed real- ity. Related modules along with their function and test results are given and discussed.

The main problems of current system in agriculture ministry is sub-optimal information retrieval of realization and development of agriculture capital and production facilities subvention. Therefore, this research aims to analyze and design information system for monitoring and evaluation of subvention of agriculture capital and production facilities. This information system is developed based on internet technology to help the main team (agriculture minister and technical team of directorate agriculture department), coach team of provincial agriculture office, and technical team of district/city agriculture office to access the accurate information related realization and development of agriculture business any where and any time. It is designed with OOAD (object oriented analysis and design) method by using UML notation (use case diagram, class diagram, component architecture and user interface design). This research produces a design of information system for subvention monitoring and evaluation of agriculture capital and production facilities for the ministry of agriculture RI.

Abstract Background: Trauma is one of the leading causes of mortality across the world. Trauma patients had critical status and need timely, adequate and organized care. The different consequences of trauma care among service centers around the world and even within a country reveal the need for care assessment. This study was designed and executed to collect experts’ opinion on the evaluation of trauma care in Iran. Methods: This qualitative study with conventional content analysis approach, two focus group discussions with 12 participants and 16 face-to-face in-depth interviews were conducted to collect the required data. Participants were selected through purposive sampling method. The experts’ viewpoints were classified in accordance with the main and sub themes. Results: Four basic themes extracted from the interviews and focus group discussion including, trauma care importance (sub-themes: the involved Individuals’ being young and productive and the effectiveness of trauma care); trauma care indicators (sub-themes: pre-hospital indicators, in-hospital indicators and post-hospital indicators); stages of trauma care evaluation (sub-themes: evaluation prerequisites, finalization of indicators prior to evaluation, determining evaluation time scope, determining evaluation dimensions, monitoring and evaluation and use of evaluation results); trauma care promotion (sub-themes: balancing workload in trauma centers, enhancement of information system, considering extra-organizational dimensions in trauma care and empowerment of trauma care providers). Conclusion: Performance evaluation through acceptable indicators is basis of health care improvement. In addition to the evaluation, reforming macro policies, development of infrastructures, enhancement of information system and training care providers should be taken into account too. Keywords: Performance indicators, Evaluation, Hospital, Trauma care
