The main problems of current system in agriculture ministry is sub-optimal information retrieval of realization and development of agriculture capital and production facilities subvention. Therefore, this research aims to analyze and design information system for monitoring and evaluation of subvention of agriculture capital and production facilities. This information system is developed based on internet technology to help the main team (agriculture minister and technical team of directorate agriculture department), coach team of provincial agriculture office, and technical team of district/city agriculture office to access the accurate information related realization and development of agriculture business any where and any time. It is designed with OOAD (object oriented analysis and design) method by using UML notation (use case diagram, class diagram, component architecture and user interface design). This research produces a design of information system for subvention monitoring and evaluation of agriculture capital and production facilities for the ministry of agriculture RI.

Running the business process of labor supply is not easy since it involves several parties, and n supported by elements of the documents obtained from internal and external parties. PT XYZ as a company dealing with labor supply service to foreign countries has not had any competent information systems in supporting its business processes. Therefore, this research is expected to produce a draft of information system and database applications that can support the administrative activities of labor supply of the company. The research used both analysis and design methods. Analytical method includes survey of the current system done by observation, interviews, identification of the information needs of the survey results and identification of system requirements. The design method consists of designing a model system using UML notation, designing databases and user interfaces for supporting applications. The information system applications resulted in this research can be a competitive advantage in marketing their employment services and improve business processes of PT XYZ.

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. Background: Progressing technology in the world need to fast and accurate information in the hospital agencies as the basis for appropriate making decision. The inpatient daily census reporting of system Bhayangkara Hospital Bengkulu don't have utilized the Inpatient Daily census system electronically and still uses a manual system, so that the processing of report data is less than optimal. There are still a lot of inputting errors, inaccurate data, and inefficient time and energy. This study to aim design system information inpatient daily census reporting application at the Bhayangkara hospital to existing problems solving.Methods: The method used in designing and making this application is by utilizing software development methods, namely the waterfall method which includes identification, analysis, design or design, implementation and maintenance of the system.Results: The results this study is creation of an application to facilitys the processing of data into an inpatient daily census report that is needed and to overcome the problems that arise because of the report processing system manually. Design and Creation of Inpatient Daily Census Applications with Visual Basic 6.0 Programming at Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital have been made with the results of an analysis of existing systems and according to the method used, and the design of the forms that have been made in accordance with the manual form or home party needs sick and can simplify filling out forms and processing the data.Conclusions: At Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital still uses a manual inpatient daily census system, and not on time for reporting daily cencus patient data. The data structure contained in the ledger consists of patient identity, patient diagnosis, and others. There are three processes in the stage of analyzing the needs of the inpatient daily census system, namely the data input process, data processing and data output processes. ledger, patient data consisting of patient identity, doctor's name, patient diagnosis, treatment room, and treatment class. In designing the daily inpatient census system at Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospit consists of patient data forms, incoming patients, outgoing patients, and patients moving. The implementation of the daily inpatient census system at the Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital  has carried out socialization and discussions about the user interface design to officers or users of the electronic daily census system. And the maintenance of the daily inpatient census system is carried out in several stages (1) corrective, by correcting design and errors in the program, (2) adaptive, by modifying the system according to user needs, (3) perfective, namely processing census data computerized.

The purposes of this research are to design and implementation of laboratory information systems (LIS) at the Laboratory of Cancer Hospital Dharmais (Dharmais Cancer Hospital). The methods used are the method of analysis, design methodology using Total Architecture Synthesis (TAS) and database design methods. Methods include analysis of the survey directly into the clinical laboratory Dharmais Cancer Hospital, and interviews with users who running the current system in Dharmais Cancer Hospital Clinical Laboratory. The design method using TAS. The results of this study is a single integrated Laboratory Information System applications with other systems that exist in Dharmais Cancer Hospital and also the delivery of feature inspection results by using text service and email, in addition to be taken directly to Dharmais Cancer Hospital and sent to the address. The conclusions from this study are all the transactions contained in Dharmais Cancer Hospital Clinical Laboratory have been computerized and integrated.

Procurement and inventory is important activities in a company. Therefore it is the aim of this article to design an accounting information system for procurement and inventory of office supplies to help in fast and accurate planning and decision making. Methods used to collect required data and information is library research and field research. Design and analysis method used is analysis using Object Oriented Analysis and Design. From observation results it is obtained that transaction records in the company is still conducted manually and inefficient in keeping records of incoming and outgoing goods. It is concluded that a computerized procurement and inventory information system would help the management in decreasing faults and increasing the current system effectively.Keywords: accounting information system, procurement, inventory, office supplies.

The research purpose is to analyze and design the Accounting Information Systems sales and inventory system that runs as well as identifying the needs and requirements of the new system that is made to fix the weaknesses in systems and sales. The research method used is the method of analysis and design methods. Methods of analysis by analyzing the problems in the current system, identify information needs and system requirements. The design method used is the database design, form and appearance of the screen. The results to be achieved is to produce a draft of Accounting Information Systems sales and inventory system that can find solutions to existing systems with computerized systems that can help the company deal with the problems in the system is running. Conclusions obtained are that the Information System Accounting Information and the sale of inventories, which were given suggestions and solutions for computerized systems can assist company management in the decision making process because it can generate reports more accurate and faster than less efficient systems. The development of accounting information technology has actually been going on for a long time. This is because the use of technology in accounting can save time and costs and the use of technology in accounting is considered very efficient. In order to provide accounting information, an information system known as the Accounting Information System (SIA) was created. A good accounting information system requires a good system design too. At  Cooperative, data processing is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which makes this cooperative vulnerable to recording errors. Apart from errors in recording, delays in delivering information can also occur due to ineffective recording. Therefore, this cooperative needs to use a cooperative accounting information system. Which this system will later be able to assist the cooperative in carrying out the existing transaction process in the cooperative effectively and efficiently and well computerized. Based on this, this study aims to determine the financial reporting accounting information system that has been implemented by the Cooperative and to design an application-based savings and loan cooperative financial reporting accounting information system in accordance with the needs of Cooperative. This study used qualitative and experimental methods, while the application design method used was a waterfall. The system development method used in this research is Netbeans IDE with Java programming language and Mysql as database storage and iReport to design financial statements.The results obtained from the analysis and design carried out is an accounting information system design that is able to support the operational needs of Cooperative. The superiority of the resulting system is that there is a treasurer who specifically manages the finances of the Cooperative so that the process of recording financial reporting runs effectively and efficiently which has been designed according to the needs of Cooperative

The development of technology in the field of information encourages each agency or company to keep abreast of its development, especially with regard to the development of information technology that has to do with the activities of the company. Pharmaceutical companies which produce drugs to provide goods for pharmacies and hospitals are very important to record the availability of drugs that are still feasible and drugs that have expired. So that the drug supply can be maintained and can be distributed with the needs of the drug properly. This study aims to design a Raw Material Inventory Information System in Pharmaceutical Companies to solve problems that occur in the current system.
