In recent years, indoor position has been an important role in many applications, such as production management, store management and shelves in supermarket or library. Much time and energy are exhausted because one object cannot be quickly and accurately located. Traditional indoor position systems have some problems, such as complicated software and hardware system, inaccurate position and high time complexity. In this paper, the authors propose an RFID-based collaborative information system, Tagrom, for indoor localization using COTS RFID readers and tags. Unlike former methods, Tagrom works with reference tags and phase of Passive UHF-RFID tags, which improves traditional distribution of reference tags and utilize RF phase replace of traditional RSSI or multipath profile to determine the position of target RFID tags.

Although the benefits of the non-lethal kinetic energy projectiles are numerous, there is a need to assess the projectiles to assure their expected functions. In order to overcome the limitations of current research, a special collaborative information system based on Hybrid III 50th percentile male dummy (hybrid III dummy) was developed and validated to assess and predict the risk of non-lethal kinetic energy impact. Two types of non-lethal kinetic energy projectiles were used to attack the thorax region of the dummy surrogate at six levels of distance. Not only the sensors inside the dummy as a mechanics information system recorded all the kinetic energy impact measures accurately and effectively, but also other systems like acquiring and processing information system including hardware and software played their roles respectively. The acceleration response, displacement response showed consistent patterns with the kinetic energy measures. The results showed that the measurement from the special system was reliable for non-lethal kinetic energy projectiles. The maxima of displacement, viscous criterion (VC) and kinetic energy were both lower than correlative injury thresholds. Current study provided an alternative method to assess the performance of the non-lethal kinetic energy projectiles.

In this paper, we present an agent- aware computing based collaborative information sys- tem scheme for MR applications. The HCI issues in VR, AR, and MR, have been discussed firstly. Besides the equipment, the lack of understanding of users also ac- counts for a significant bottleneck of improving user ex- perience and immersion during the interaction. Aiming at the issues, an agent-aware computing based scheme is proposed and implemented. The corresponding sys- tematic scheme is presented in the views of functional- ity, modules and system workflow and discussed in de- sign, implementation, and system synthesis. By means of the human-aware computing, system-aware comput- ing and human-system aware computing, issues such as mixed reality fusion, QoE-QoS management, confiden- tiality, and security, are addressed by the applying agent- aware computing based scheme into an implementation of the collaborative information system for mixed real- ity. Related modules along with their function and test results are given and discussed.

Abstract. In the workplace, companies are required to apply information technology in various business processes in order to compete with its competitors, so companies often require the services of an IT consultant. Companies sometimes have difficulties to choose an IT consultant and to control the development of their information technology projects. In any implementation, IT consultants also often have difficulties in doing project management. Web-based collaborative information system built to assist companies in selecting information technology consultants that will be used by way of auction project, as well as helping IT consultants and clients doing collaboration in project management that related to the design process, as well as the implementation of an information technology project.Keywords: project management, collaboration, information systems, information technology consultant Abstrak. Dalam dunia kerja, perusahaan dituntut untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai proses bisnisnya agar dapat bersaing dengan kompetitornya, sehingga seringkali perusahaan membutuhkan jasa dari konsultan TI. Perusahaan terkadang mengalami kesulitan untuk memilih konsultan TI dan untuk mengontrol perkembangan proyek teknologi informasinya. Dalam pelaksanaannya, konsultan TI sering mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan manajemen proyek. Sistem informasi kolaboratif berbasis web dibangun untuk membantu perusahaan dalam memilih konsultan teknologi informasi yang akan digunakan dengan cara melakukan lelang proyek, serta membantu konsultan TI dan perusahaan klien berkolaborasi dalam melakukan manajemen proyek yang terkait dengan proses perancangan, serta pelaksanaan suatu proyek teknologi informasi.
