The definition of the cold chain logistics and the problem of the agricultural cold chain logistics are introduced. According to the characteristics of cold chain logistics, exploring the cold chain logistics distribution path optimization method. Based on the model of the agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution routing optimization, particle swarm optimization algorithm is constructed to solve the optimization problem. Taking an example, the results have been conducted finally to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm for agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution routing optimization problem.

In view of the complex road conditions in today’s cities, the traditional prediction methods for road conditions are not so accurate, and the optimization algorithm for the logistics distribution path is not sensitive to changes in the road conditions so that its application in an actual logistics distribution system is not effective. This article proposes a road condition prediction and logistics distribution path optimization algorithm based on traffic big data. First, it analyses the characteristics of the road condition information of traffic big data. By combining the powerful feature extraction and self-learning ability of a deep belief network, it establishes a road condition prediction model based on a deep belief network and completes the model training and verification through the learning of traffic big data. Then, it combines the road condition prediction (result) information, traffic network information, and logistics distribution information to construct the time-share weighted traffic network. It then modifies the access set and pheromone variables of the ant algorithm based on the time-share traffic network to establish the road condition prediction and logistics distribution path optimization algorithm based on traffic big data. Finally, it conducts comparative experiments with other logistics distribution path optimization algorithms. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to other logistics distribution optimization algorithms. Therefore, this algorithm is an effective method for optimizing logistics distribution.

The developments in the means of transportation along with the communication advancements has made the automotives to step into its next level of innovation by providing a safe, convenient and well-timed transportation. This is made possible by the introduction of the frame work that is particularly designed to establish connectivity between vehicles on road without any previous structure to support with. This paradigm formed particularly in organizing communication between vehicles is the vehicular Adhoc network (VANET) that causes a vehicles to vehicle connection for proper managing of the traffic flow to make the travel more safe and comfortable. The paper proposes a dynamic mapping of real time traffic with the acquisition of digital map by crowd mapping with clustering to offer path optimization to minimize the delay in the responses, for having an efficient traffic managing. The evaluation of the proposed methodology ensures the minimization of the delay in the communication and the improved delivery ratio incurred, when compared with the carry-forward based routings methods that cause more delay resulting in imperfect traffic management.
