Abstract In this work, we have studied some bouncing cosmologies in the frame work of $f(R,T)$ gravity. The bouncing scenario has been formulated to avoid the big bang singularity. The physical and geometrical parameters are investigated. The effect of the extended gravity theory on the dynamical parameters of the model is investigated. It is found that, the $f(R,T)$ gravity parameter affects the cosmic dynamics substantially. We have also, tested the model through the calculation of the cosmographic coefficients and the $Om(z)$ parameter. A scalar field reconstruction of the bouncing scenario is also carried out. The stability of the model are tested under linear, homogeneous and isotropic perturbations.

Abstract The cooling fluid is a key factor in cooling photovoltaic (PV) panels especially in the case of concentrated irradiance. Maintaining the panel at low temperature increases its efficiency. This paper investigates the usage of water-Al2O3 as a nanofluid for achieving the required cooling process. The particle concentrations and sizes are investigated to record their effect on heat transfer and pressure drop in the developing and developed regions. The research was performed using ANSYS CFD software with two different approaches: the single phase with average properties, and the discrete phase with the Eulerian-Lagrangian frame-work. Both approaches are compared to experimental results found in the literature. Both approaches show good agreement with the experimental results, with some advantage for the single-phase model both in processing time and in predicting heat transfer in the concentration range of 1-6% by volume. It was shown that, the heat transfer coefficient is greatly enhanced by increasing the particle concentration or decreasing the particle size. On the other hand, the usage of nanofluid causes a severe increase in the pumping power, especially with the increase in concentration and the reduction in particle size. Thus, a system optimization was suggested in order to raise the overall system efficiency for photovoltaic applications.

Automatic age and gender prediction from face images has lately attracted much attention due to its wide range of applications in numerous facial analyses. We show in this study that utilizing the Caffe Model Architecture of Deep Learning Frame Work; we were able to greatly enhance age and gender recognition by learning representations using deep-convolutional neural networks (CNN). We propose a much simpler convolutional net architecture that can be employed even if no learning data is available. In a recent study presenting a potential benchmark for age and gender estimation, we show that our strategy greatly outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods.

Aim: This scoping review paper aimed to overview the published research related to nursing students and online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic over the last year 2020-2021. Methodology: Online Google Scholar Database was searched for articles related to nursing students and online learning during Covid 19 pandemic published between1st June 2020 to 1st June 2021. Results: Initial search with key words “nursing students” found 20300 results, finally 39 articles were selected which meet the eligibility criteria. Majority of the authors (69.23 %) have an academic affiliation, only one single author (11.2 %) with clinical affiliation and those who had both academic and clinical were (28.19 %). Only (5.12 %) study applied any theory or conceptual frame work. The focuses of the studies selected were mainly (33.33 %) perception or attitude, (28.20 %) impact and satisfaction were as (20.52 %) focused on experiences and challenges faced. We could only find (5.12 %) studies those where funded. In the selection of research designs majority (46.15 %) adopted quantitative approach followed by (20.51 %) qualitative approaches and (10.25 %) mixed methods; others (23.07 %) included reports, editorials, reflective articles, opinions. About (94.8 %) studies were done without any collaboration with other disciplines only (5.12 %) studies were multidisciplinary. Conclusion: Nursing teaching faculties swiftly responded to COVID-19 by conducting researches mainly adopting quantitative approaches. Nursing researches need more collaboration and funding.

Abstract Employing Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation(LMB) neural network, the system of three species nonlinear equations are illuminated by designing an integrated numerical computing-based plot. The proposed dynamical system comprises of two competing species which are growing logistically in nature and, the third species is predating with Holling type II functional response mode on second species and also acts host for the first prey species. Besides, the prey species protect themselves to refuge high predation. The designed LMB neural network has been used to exhibits the solutions of the dynamical frame work. In each case of the species, a reference dataset of the planned LMB neural network is initiated in comparison of Adam numerical program. The approximate results of the food web system are displayed within the training, confirmation and testing strategies to redesign the neural network to minimize the mean square error (MSE) function employing the designed LMB. The investigations depend on the corresponding achievements and the examinations based on MSE out comes, correlation, regression and error histograms signify the proficiency, rightness as well as the potency of the suggested LMB neural network conspire.

The primary purpose of this research work is to synthesize, characterize and biological evaluation of novel pyrazoline fused indole derivatives lead to creating a new molecular frame work. Methodology: In the present study, the new series of novel pyrazoline fused indole derivatives were synthesized from from indole and substituted acetophenone by the 4 step process. In the first step indole and dimethyl formamide were coupled by using phosphorous oxychloride and NaOH to prepare the compound 1 Indole-3-aldehyde. In the second step compound 1 was condensed with substituted aetophenone to synthesis the compound 2 chalcones (a-h). In the third step chalcones 2(a-h) were coupled with semicarbazide or thiosemicarbazide to synthesis the compound 3(a-p). In the final step compound 3(a-p) were coupled with indole-3-aldehyde to prepare the final product of R-substitutedN-((1H-indol-3-yl)methylene)-5-(1H-indol-3-yl)-3-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-carboxamide and R-substitutedN-((1H-indol-3-yl)methylene)-5-(1H-indol-3-yl)-3-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothioamide 4(a-p). Results: The chemical structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by means of IR, Mass and NMR spectroscopy. The compounds were screened for anti-diabetic activity by In-vitro and In-vivo methods. In In-vivo method 4a, 4m have exhibited moderate anti-diabetic activity as that of standard drug, glibenclamide. In In-vitro method 4a, 4e & 4m have shows moderate anti-diabetic activity as that of reference standard, acarbose. Conclusion: The synthesized novel pyrazoline fused indole derivatives have moderate antidiabetic activity as that of standard drug by In-vitro and In-vivo methods. These compounds can be further exploited to get the potent lead compound.

AbstractThe influence of climate change on agriculture, especially as it relates to the production of food, changes with reverence to duration and space, of which most of these influences are diverse and remarkably uncertain. Undoubtedly, the application of food innovation technology (FIT) in the agricultural processes is an important response for operative and objective adaptation and mitigation of climate change. Consequently, there is a need to urgently re-evaluate the procedures for FIT so as to address the diversities and uncertainties ensuing from these influences of climate change on agriculture with the aim of improving the production of food. Therefore, the application of climate-smart agricultural (CSA) activities with resilience in agricultural events as well as more aids in the application of resources for both in the adaptation and mitigation of climate change by means of FIT will be of great assistance in this regard. Hence, this study presents a facile review of some of the topical developments in the production of food with reverence to the influence of climate change on FIT. Some legal frame-work on climate change with respect to FIT are also been discussed.
