Some Steel Plant in our country using the old formula annulus crane, this article introduce a new electrical control system. Using PLC + Inverter + Linkage console, use this control system, we can solve the question that the old crane always out of orbit, this system solve the crane out of the orbit, broken the orbit and slip perfectly. On the other hand, we subjoin vector control, which can prevent the weights fling off.

In order to satisfy the great demands of remote, real-time and flexible image acquisition in monitoring system, a solution to pan-tilt control system in remote image monitoring system is presented, which is based on ARM Cortex-M3 micro-controller and radio communication. And then, the hardware and software design is discussed in detail. Finally, the result shows that the pan-tilt control system provides many advantages such as remote and flexible control, high precision and low cost. So it has a huge market with big potential and wide prospect.

It is described in detail how to develop the intelligent instrument system through connecting bus-bridge of PROFIBUS with single-chip microcomputer system of users, changing the traditional PLC-control into the data-bus control in limekiln electrical control system. This paper focuses on the development of hardware of the accompanies-station of PROFIBUS-DP, the model for user, and software design. About 400,000 dollars per each were saved and the ease of operation and the robust of control have been also improved dramatically after novel development.

Based on the serial communication between PC and PLC, design and realization of the electrical control system of testing zinc tank inner wall corrosion degree, PLC control ac servo motors to complete inspection equipment XYZ three direction, testing data via the PLC by sensors, then through a serial port to PC, PC complete error analysis, curved surface fitting, etc , realize the internal corrosion degree of detection.
