This paper describes the work Principle of the automatic piston ring chamfering machine,It describes detailed hardware, software design of electrical control system of the machine using MCU,The system realizes functions automaticly such as loading and unloading, piston ring’s plastic, piston ring’s pressure tight, piston ring’s chamfer, stopping short positions alarm, fault alarm, and the communication between the device and host computer.

Considering the pollution on the environment using dynamite source in oil and gas exploration, harm and damage to people and building, the vehicle mounted hammer source which can replace dynamite source is presented. This paper describes briefly the basic structure and working principles of the vehicle mounted hammer source. A typical pneumatic circuit is researched and designed. And the pneumatic circuit is designed with the powerful functions of PLC, the hardware and software design are introduced. The system has advantages of strong striking force, high velocity, small gas consumption, simple structure and convenient control.

Some Steel Plant in our country using the old formula annulus crane, this article introduce a new electrical control system. Using PLC + Inverter + Linkage console, use this control system, we can solve the question that the old crane always out of orbit, this system solve the crane out of the orbit, broken the orbit and slip perfectly. On the other hand, we subjoin vector control, which can prevent the weights fling off.
