Cloud systems could help companies to optimize the structure and operation of supply chain and improve organizational performance into a higher level. In this chapter, the advantages and basic operation methods of cloud computing are analyzed, and the essential factors that contribute to the success of the cloud system are evaluated through some business examples. Supply chain firms rely on cloud system to share resources and to achieve integration through the Internet. Cloud systems could transform customer relationship and internal operation to achieve sustainable competitive advantages. Cloud services are providing the ability to share information to the supply chain at any time anywhere. This chapter explores the relationship between supply chain organization and cloud computing. This chapter also discusses the benefits and advantage to evaluate of cloud system in successful factors.

Cloud computing has emerged as a paradigm to provide every networked resource as a service. The Cloud has also introduced a new way to control cloud services (mainly due to the illusion of infinite resources and its on-demand and pay-per-use nature). Here, we present this lifecycle and highlight recent research initiatives that serve as a support for appropriately engineering Cloud systems during the different stages of its lifecycle.

In the medical industry, it is critical to ensure the confidentiality of patients’ personal health records when storing and managing them. Before cloud computing surfaced, heath providers used local servers and hard drives to store their records and data. As cloud computing has been becoming more prominent many healthcare providers are using the cloud to store and manage their sensitive data. This journal compares and investigates two different access control models, in particular Role-Based Access Control and Attribute-Based Access Control, to validate the confidentiality of data when storing and managing personal health records on cloud services. The comparative analysis of these access control models is done to identify possible inefficiency and privacy restrictions in these two access control based models. In addition, in this journal we propose a new access control model, which we refer to as Role-Attribute-Based-Encryption Access Control (RABE), by combining some of the best aspects of both RBAC and ABAC in order to improve data privacy on cloud systems used in healthcare.

At present the cloud computing is one of the newest trends of distributed computation, which is propelling another important revolution of software industry. The cloud services composition is one of the key techniques in software development. The optimization for reliability and performance of cloud services composition application, which is a typical stochastic optimization problem, is confronted with severe challenges due to its randomness and long transaction, as well as the characteristics of the cloud computing resources such as openness and dynamic. The traditional reliability and performance optimization techniques, for example, Markov model and state space analysis and so forth, have some defects such as being too time consuming and easy to cause state space explosion and unsatisfied the assumptions of component execution independence. To overcome these defects, we propose a fast optimization method for reliability and performance of cloud services composition application based on universal generating function and genetic algorithm in this paper. At first, a reliability and performance model for cloud service composition application based on the multiple state system theory is presented. Then the reliability and performance definition based on universal generating function is proposed. Based on this, a fast reliability and performance optimization algorithm is presented. In the end, the illustrative examples are given.

Cloud computing was a hasting expertise which has innovated to a collection of new explores. A sub-ordinate device for Information services, it has an ability towards encourage development by feeding convenient environments for a choice of forms of development is different sequence. Clouds usually consider being eco-friendly, however keep it has open to the diversity of some security issues to can change together the feeder as well as users of these cloud services. In this issue are principally associated to the protection of the information flow throughout also being store in the cloud, with simple problems along with data ease of use, data right to use and data confidentiality. Data encryption and service authentication scheme has been initiated by the industries to deal with them. In this paper analyse and examine different issues on security beside with the different procedure worn by the industries to solve these effects.

The article considers the development and implementation of cloud services in the work of government agencies. The classification of the choice of cloud service providers is offered, which can serve as a basis for decision making. The basics of cloud computing technology are analyzed. The COVID-19 pandemic has identified the benefits of cloud services in remote work Government agencies at all levels need to move to cloud infrastructure. Analyze the prospects of cloud computing in Ukraine as the basis of e-governance in development. This is necessary for the rapid provision of quality services, flexible, large-scale and economical technological base. The transfer of electronic information interaction in the cloud makes it possible to attract a wide range of users with relatively low material costs. Automation of processes and their transfer to the cloud environment make it possible to speed up the process of providing services, as well as provide citizens with minimal time to obtain certain information. The article also lists the risks that exist in the transition to cloud services and the shortcomings that may arise in the process of using them.
