Designing the three dimensional (3D) GIS software used in monitoring mineral pipeline transporting system. The software can truly show and restore the geography of project and the features of terrain .The operator can not only examine and grasp the true situation of the distribution of pipeline, but also keep watch on the secure running of the pipeline by real-time remote video in the remote control room. The practical application indicates that the pipeline can run safely, stably and efficiently with the monitoring system.

Stereolithography is an additive manufacturing process in which liquid photopolymer resin is cross-linked and converted to solid polymer with an ultraviolet light source. Exposure Controlled Projection Lithography (ECPL) is a stereolithographic process in which incident radiation, patterned by a dynamic mask, passes through a transparent substrate to cure a photopolymer layer that grows progressively from the substrate surface. In contrast to existing stereolithography techniques, this technique uses a gray-scale projected image, or alternatively a series of binary bit-map images, to produce a three-dimensional polymer object with the desired shape, and it can be used on either flat or curved substrates. Like most stereolithographic technologies, ECPL works in a unidirectional fashion. Calibration constants derived experimentally are fed to the software used to control the system. This unidirectional fabrication method does not, by itself, allow the system to compensate for minor variations, thereby limiting the overall accuracy of the process. We present here a simple, real-time monitoring system based on interferometry, which can be used to provide feedback control to the ECPL process, thus making it more robust and increasing system accuracy. The results obtained from this monitoring system provide a means to better visualize and understand the various phenomena occurring during the photopolymerization of transparent photopolymers.

An improved progressive mesh simplification algorithm for 3D real-time level of detail rendering of shearer based on half-collapse was proposed, which has been successfully applied in the rendering of shearer and produced a good result. Virtools with its secondary development technology SDK (Software Development Kit) was applied to establishing a 3DVR(Three Dimensional Virtual Reality) digital information platform for shearer based on real-time archiving of important working parameters. By using the real-time data provided by the remote control and monitoring system for shearer, the virtual 3D model was driven to reappearance the working state and changing trend of the real one instantly. Preliminary experiments carried out in Xi’an Coal Mine Machinery Factory show that the 3DVR Digital Platform can be integrated with the remote control system for shearer well. The ability to real-time display of shearer’s working state is better than that in traditional ways, for the information is displayed in the form of data and curve in traditional control and monitoring system for shearer, which is unrealistic to the operator and unsuitable for remote control and monitoring.

Intelligent underwater pollution cleaning robot is used to release microbial solution which can dissolve into water slowly into polluted river, so that the solution can react fully with pollutants, so as to achieve the purpose of river pollution control. The research of robot wireless monitoring system is based on the comprehensive application of wireless communication technology and intelligent control technology, in order to achieve real-time monitoring and centralized remote control of underwater pollution removal. Through the three-dimensional structure modeling of the intelligent underwater pollution cleaning robot, the overall scheme design and debugging test of the wireless monitoring system, it is proved that the intelligent underwater pollution cleaning robot is feasible in the intelligent and efficient underwater cleaning operation, and it is a research method worthy of reference and promotion.

The incompatible data information between the various types of ventilation management software and the coal mine safety monitoring system has become a major obstacle to the mine ventilation and safety management informatization. This paper studies the synchronizing integration of the heterogeneous data between the coal mine three-dimensional visualization ventilation system and the security monitoring system, which divides the mine ventilation information into the basic information and the security monitoring real-time information, analyses the transmission characteristics of the real-time monitoring data, explores the conversion of heterogeneous data online communication, and achieves the integration of geometric parameters and various dynamic parameters for the coal mine ventilation system.
