Electrocardiography (ECG) interpretation is an essential skill for physicians as well as for many other health care professionals. Continuing education is necessary to maintain these skills. The process of teaching and learning ECG interpretation is complex and involves both deductive mechanisms and recognition of patterns for different clinical situations (“pattern recognition”). The successful methodologies of interactive sessions and real time problem based learning have never been evaluated with a long distance education model. To evaluate the efficacy of broadcasting ECG rounds to different hospitals in the Southeastern Ontario region; to perform qualitative research to determine the impact of this methodology in developing and maintaining skills in ECG interpretation. ECG rounds are held weekly at Kingston General Hospital and will be transmitted live to Napanee, Belleville, Oshawa, Peterborough and Brockville. The teaching methodology is based on real ECG cases. The audience is invited to analyze the ECG case and the coordinator will introduce comments to guide the case through the proper algorithm. Final interpretation will be achieved emphasizing the deductive process and the relevance of each case. An evaluation will be filled out by each participant at the end of each session. Videoconferencing works through a vast array of internet LANs, WANs, ISDN phone lines, routers, switches, firewalls and Codecs (Coder/Decoder) and bridges. A videoconference Codec takes the analog audio and video signal codes and compresses it into a digital signal and transmits that digital signal to another Codec where the signal is decompressed and retranslated back into analog video and audio. This compression and decompression allows large amounts of data to be transferred across a network at close to real time (384 kbps with 30 frames of video per second). Videoconferencing communication works on voice activation so whichever site is speaking has the floor and is seen by all the participating sites. A continuous presence mode allows each site to have the same visual and audio involvement as the host site. A bridged multipoint can connect between 8 and 12 sites simultaneously. This innovative methodology for teaching ECG will facilitate access to developing and maintaining skills in ECG interpretation for a large number of health care providers. To solve the real-time problem of attitude algorithm for high dynamic bodies, a real-time structure of attitude algorithm is developed by analyzing the conventional structure that has two stages, and a flow diagram of a real-time structure for a Matlab program is provided in detail. During the update of the attitude matrix, the real-time structure saves every element of attitude matrix in minor loop in real time and updates the next attitude matrix based on the previous matrix every subsample time. Thus, the real-time structure avoids lowering updating frequency, though the multisubsample algorithms are used. Simulation and analysis show that the real-time structure of attitude algorithm is better than the conventional structure due to short update time of attitude matrix and small drifting error, and it is more appropriate for high dynamic bodies.

In a developing country like India, there are nonethical ways that are following there is no guarantee that the work can be done or not within the given time. This project is based on maintenance and development of a municipal corporation. To raise the complaint to assist against electronic complaint management (ECMS) for Municipal Corporation from the above paragraph there is a smart solution that is designed where the various type of complaints given by the people are integrated based on the location of complaint. So based on the electricity complaints that have been raised from various people from same location are integrated and considered which solves the real time problem of electricity issues.

In this paper, a measurement system of temperature field in laser molten pool by CCD based on DSP is presented. The paper also presents the system of hardware, software process, and the method of image processing by DSP. To solve the real time problem in the processing of measuring the temperature field, the system uses DSP as the main CPU, processing the image without a computer. By this method, the system can become simple and efficient and measure the laser molten pool temperature field quickly and exactly. Gradient image of temperature field is displayed on LCD after real time processing by this system. The final picture of temperature field can be directly analyzed.
