For the deficiencies of traditional PC-style vehicle fault diagnostic system, this paper proposes a kind of standardized PC-style vehicle fault diagnostic system which based on the standardized diagnostic interface device, selects MDI which conformed to SAE J2534 standard, studies the communication mechanism of MDI and SAE J2534 standard, optimizes the data read rate, develops the diagnostic system software using the design ideas of hierarchical architecture and function modularization. Through vehicle testing and analysis, this system allows the fault diagnosis, maintenance help, real-time monitoring and online refresh for vehicle electronic control system, has a good versatility and scalability, has a reference for developing standardized diagnostic device and provides the favorable tools for vehicle diagnosis and maintenance.

Business Process Management Systems ( BPMSs ) provide automated support for the execution of business processes in modern organisations. With the emergence of cloud computing, BPMS deployment considerations are shifting from traditional on-premise models to the Software-as-a-Service ( SaaS ) paradigm, aiming at delivering Business Process Automation as a Service. However, scaling up a traditional BPMS to cope with simultaneous demand from multiple organisations in the cloud is challenging, since its underlying system architecture has been designed to serve a single organisation with a single process engine. Moreover, the complexity in addressing both the dynamic execution environment and the elasticity requirements of users impose further challenges to deploying a traditional BPMS in the cloud. A typical SaaS often deploys multiple instances of its core applications and distributes workload to these application instances via load balancing. But, for stateful and often long-running process instances, standard stateless load balancing strategies are inadequate. In this article, we propose a conceptual design of BPMS capable of addressing dynamically varying demands of end users in the cloud, and present a prototypical implementation using an open source traditional BPMS platform. Both the design and system realisation offer focused strategies on achieving scalability and demonstrates the system capabilities for supporting both upscaling, to address large volumes of user demand or workload, and downscaling, to release underutilised computing resources, in a cloud environment.

INTISARILayanan Pesan Singkat atau Short Message Services(SMS) merupakan salah satu layanan jaringan telepon seluler yang digunakan untuk mengirimkan pesan pendek. Kemudahan dalam penggunaannya menjadikan SMS sebagai salah satu pengirim pesan yang banyak digunakan. Menurut Jamie Tolentino dalam artikelnya yang berjudul “Why are people still using SMS in 2015?” yang dipublikasikan dihalaman thenextweb.com mengatakan bahwa SMS merupakan cara berkomunikasi yang paling efektif dalam menjangkau pengguna dengan prosentasi 90 % dibaca dalam waktu satu menit. SMS adalah satu untuk semua solusi yang membuat siapa saja (yang mempunyai nomor ponsel) dapat dijangkau. Teknologi untuk mengirim dan menerima SMS tidak bergantung pada internet berkecepatan tinggi, yang pada dasarnya membuat siapa pun dalam masyarakat dapat dijangkau.Sistem Pelaporan Kerusakan Laboratorium merupakan sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk mencatat berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi meliputi lokasi laboratorium, nomor komputer dan detil permasalahannya. Sistem informasi ini berbasiskan web dengan harapan sistem ini dapat diakses dari komputer manapun dan kapanpun. Dengan menggunakan sistem tersebut maka dapat dilihat secara detail segala permasalahan yang terjadi pada laboratorium sehingga pengelola laboratorium dapat menyiapkan langkah-langkah untuk menanganinya. Namun pada praktiknya banyak permasalahan yang tidak diselesaikan karena informasi permasalahan tersebut tidak sampai kepada para teknisi. Hal ini disebabkan karena untuk mengakses informasi kerusakan teknisi harus login melalui komputer sehingga memakan waktu. Dengan cara pengiriman notifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada laboratorium melalui sms maka setiap ada laporan permasalahan yang masuk ke Sistem Pelaporan Kerusakan akan langsung diteruskan ke teknisi secara langsung melalui pesan sms tanpa harus melakukan akses ke sistem. Hal ini dapat mempercepat proses sampainya informasi permasalahan laboratorium kepada teknisi sehingga penanganan permasalahan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat.Untuk mengintegrasikan Sistem Pelaporan Kerusakan Laboratorium dengan notifikasi SMS dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) sehingga proses integrasi tidak perlu merubah sistem yang sudah ada.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Service Oriented Architecture, SOA, Kylix, SMS GatewayABSTRACTThe Short Message Services (SMS) service is one of the mobile phone network services used to deliver short messages. This information system is web based in the hope that this system can be accessed from any computer and anytime. By using the system it can be viewed in detail all the problems that occur in the laboratory so that the laboratory manager can prepare the steps to handle it. But in practice many problems are not resolved because the problem information is not up to the technicians. This is because to access the information the technician must log on through the computer so that it takes time.By way of notification of problems that occur in the laboratory through sms then any existing problems report into the Laboratory Damage Reporting System will be directly forwarded to the technician directly through sms messages without having to access the system. This can speed up the process of getting the information of laboratory problems to the technician so that problem handling can be done quickly.To integrate Laboratory Hazard Reporting System with SMS notification can be done with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach so that the integration process does not need to change the existing system.Keywords : Information Systems, Service Oriented Architecture, SOA, Kylix, SMS Gateway

Model-driven architecture frameworks provide an approach for specifying systems independently of a particular platform and for transforming such system models for a particular platform, but development processes based on MDA are not widely used today because they are in general heavy-weight processes: in most situations they cannot deliver (incrementally) partial implementations to be executed immediately. Executable UML means an execution semantics for a subset of actions sufficient for computational completeness. This chapter uses Alf as the fUML-based action language to describe the operations for iComponent: the proposed solution for a platform-independent component model for dynamic execution environments. Moreover, a UML profile for modeling components is defined and applied, following agile principles, to the development of service-oriented components for dynamic execution environments. The intended use of the proposed approach is enterprise systems.
