Semiconductor refrigeration plate, temperature sensor, microcontroller STC12C5410AD and other circuits are used to design a new kind of temperature control system of the giant magnetostrictive actuator. Semiconductor refrigeration plate is controlled by the PID control algorithm for temperature controlling automatically.

The changes of temperature in the rubber mixing process is of great significance. How to ensure the changes of temperature in rubber mixing is an important issue. The article introduces the temperature control system based on the fuzzy control algorithm. Using the host computer as the fuzzy controller, and the host computer educes the control value based on the difference between the reference input and the measure value. The system automatically discharges of high temperature water and automatically adds the appropriate amount of cooling water. The system can ensure the stability of the mixing temperature and ensure the quality of rubber mixing.

This Temperature control system of aircraft cabin is a complex system with nonlinear, time-varying, model inaccurate and work environment uncertain. According to the system control requirements, the fuzzy controller with the characteristic of fast response speed, good stability and strong resistance to interference is used in the study. The system error is adjusted constantly by using fuzzy control algorithm and simulation study is conducted in the software Matlab. The results are showed that control effect of control method used in this study is better than the traditional PID control method, and dynamic performance, steady state accuracy and robustness of system is effectively improved.

The simulation of PID control algorithm, and focuses on the study and analysis of the digital PID control algorithm, the marine gear lube oil temperature control system model, the three parameters of digital PID: proportional coefficient, integral constant, differential constant on the control system performance was also analyzed.

The reheat steam temperature control system of thermal power unit is a complex control object with time-varying parameters and large delay. In order to achieve precise control of reheat steam temperature, the performance of the reheat temperature control system is analyzed according to the data that are obtained based on the constrained predictive control algorithm. Firstly, the process and mathematical model of reheat steam temperature control system are introduced. Then the principle of constrained predictive control algorithm is analyzed. Finally, the steady-state values of control quantities of reheat steam temperature control system under different conditions are given by MATLAB simulation, and, by analyzing the steady-state values and steady-state time of the input and output of the system, the reference values and the regulating law of the control quantities and the specific constraint range of the control quantities of the system are given, which can provide reference data and theoretical basis for the field adjustment of the reheat steam temperature control system in power plant and improve the safety and effectiveness of the system.

Computer measurement and control technology, the traditional electronic measuring changed dramatically in the principle, function, accuracy and automation degree, degree of automation of the scientific experiment and application engineering to improve. Temperature control key lies in the two aspects of temperature measurement and control. Temperature measurement is based on temperature control, this technology is quite mature. But because of the increasingly complex control object, control in the temperature still exist many problems. This thesis presents the design of industrial temperature resistance furnace computer using PID algorithm, Smith predictive control algorithm, darin algorithm, three algorithms are studied based on the control system, and the control algorithm was simulated using the MATLAB simulation software, and the advanced control algorithm is studied [1-3].
