Introduction: Biosimilars have the potential to enhance the sustainability of evolving health care systems. A sustainable biosimilars market requires all stakeholders to balance competition and supply chain security. However, there is significant variation in the policies for pricing, procurement, and use of biosimilars in the European Union. A modified Delphi process was conducted to achieve expert consensus on biosimilar market sustainability in Europe. Methods: The priorities of 11 stakeholders were explored in three stages: a brainstorming stage supported by a systematic literature review (SLR) and key materials identified by the participants; development and review of statements derived during brainstorming; and a facilitated roundtable discussion. Results: Participants argued that a sustainable biosimilar market must deliver tangible and transparent benefits to the health care system, while meeting the needs of all stakeholders. Key drivers of biosimilar market sustainability included: (i) competition is more effective than regulation; (ii) there should be incentives to ensure industry investment in biosimilar development and innovation; (iii) procurement processes must avoid monopolies and minimize market disruption; and (iv) principles for procurement should be defined by all stakeholders. However, findings from the SLR were limited, with significant gaps on the impact of different tender models on supply risks, savings, and sustainability. Conclusions: A sustainable biosimilar market means that all stakeholders benefit from appropriate and reliable access to biological therapies. Failure to care for biosimilar market sustainability may impoverish biosimilar development and offerings, eventually leading to increased cost for health care systems and patients, with fewer resources for innovation.

PurposeThe authors present a systematic literature review on microfinance institutions’ (MFIs) effect on poverty and how they can ensure their sustainability. The purpose of this article is to review the effect of MFIs on poverty in South Asian countries. The analysis and review of the selected corpus of literature also provide avenues for future research.Design/methodology/approachA total of 95 papers from 49 journals in 4 academic libraries and publishers were systematically studied and classified. The authors define the keywords and the inclusion/exclusion criteria for the identification of papers. The review includes an analysis of the selected papers that give insights about publications with respect to themes, number of themes covered in individual publications, nations, scope, methodology, number of methods used and publication trend.FindingsThe literature indicates the positive effect of microfinance on poverty but with a varying degree on various categories of poor. The relation between poverty and microfinance is, however, dependent on the nation under the scanner. While sustainability and outreach co-exist, their trade-off is still a matter of debate.Originality/valueThis is the first systematic literature review on MFIs’ effect on poverty in South Asian nations. Additionally, the authors discuss the literature on the trade-off between sustainability and outreach for MFIs.

Increasing the metacognitive abilities of chemistry students is an indisputable output of the teaching and learning process today. Collaborative problem based learning is a learning method that has been tested and proven to be applied, especially in Western countries in increasing the metacognitive abilities of students, but it is still very minimal applied in Asian countries, including Indonesia. Thus, this study was conducted to explore previous studies that examined collaborative problem-based learning in improving students' metacognitive abilities. The research design used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review with the requirements of the inclusion of articles on collaborative problem-based learning in improving the metacognitive abilities of chemistry students, accredited national and international publications between 2010 and 2020, full text, journal articles, and open access. The results of the exploration that were carried out found 102 articles, then the title and abstract were read into 20 articles, and 4 articles were read in full, which fulfilled all the stipulated inclusion requirements. The results of the systematic literature review conducted in this study provide empirical evidence of literacy that problem based learning improves the metacognitive abilities of chemistry students. However, most of research conducted still uses various instruments, which are not standardized and validated.

Abstract The recent advantages in Internet of things (IoT) and growing of using wearable gadgets let to open a way to use these gadgets in remote health care systems that are powered by cloud, fog and edge computing that has been known Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) healthcare system. IoMT has been a flexible and more benefited system to cover traditional healthcare limitations by using technology and new smart devices abilities to improve medical treatment level also to overcome some difficulties during treatment. It could be more beneficial in critical or sensitive situations like epidemic diseases that COVID-19 could be one of them. Thus, for using technology-based systems some approaches addressed to be a solution that edge computing opened a door to get better and efficient system. Edge computing-based healthcare systems play a significant role to improve medical treatment in IoMT environments to reduce medical service cost. In this paper we illustrated a survey in IoT based healthcare to understand the different approaches which have been recently presented based on the Systematic Literature Review method. To addressing of this systematic study, we start to reviewing research studies that published between 2015 and 2020 by selection high-quality researches. So, we carefully selected 23 papers. We dare say that we have collected the most valuable articles presented in this newfound field. A systematic taxonomy is illustrated in this article over literature studies according to them context by using SLR process. the aim of this paper is the presentation of current studies in this field and discuss the primary issues and challenges that IoMT healthcare system should overcome to them. Finally, to providing the future directions in this big topic open issues and challenges presented to route researchers to get more valuable study.

The success of a person completing typical developmental tasks at certain stages of development lies in career adaptability. Career adaptability is an individual's readiness for a career in accordance with the effort to complete career-related developmental tasks. To suggest future development directions, this article systematically reviews the review literature on future adaptations. This article uses a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. This article uses 47 articles from 17 journals with research that has been conducted in various Asian countries, Europe, South America and other countries such as South Africa, China, Korea and Australia as the source. This article concludes that the adaptability possessed in adulthood is included in the high or mature category. Where it focuses more on aspects that are owned by the career and adult reasons why the adaptation at that time is high and the advantages that are owned when having the abilities possessed by a high or mature career. This article concludes with some suggestions for further research that could be produced in the future.
