The vaporization and liquefied coal has important value to answer oil crisis for us, in technological chain support ,The coal chemical industry chain extension dependent on coal chemical industry innovation service system construction. In this paper,the author settled the coal chemical industry and technological innovation service system construction of research and development present situation, puts forward a ultimate extension of the technological chain is mature coal gasification technology, in industry chain the core industry is coal gas industry in the future,While improving the coal chemical industry innovation service system can effectively support technological chain the realization of the goal technique, also can promote the formation of the core industry chain.

PurposeThis paper aims to provide a theoretical frame and practical experience for understanding and improving knowledge creation in the RIC. This paper proved through an empirical study that knowledge transfer, knowledge assimilation and knowledge sharing between firms in a resource-based industry chain (RIC) have positive influence on knowledge creation.Design/methodology/approachA theoretical model covering knowledge transfer, knowledge assimilation, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation is established in this paper. The research object is the phosphorus chemical industry chain in central Guizhou.FindingsThe findings of this paper provide a theoretical frame and practical experience for understanding and improving knowledge creation in the RIC.Research limitations/implicationsThe subjective measures of knowledge capacities present a serious limitation. Another limitation is that the authors examined knowledge creation within the context of RIC. The cross-sectional design prevented the authors from studying causal relationships among the variables.Originality/valueFirst, it contributes to the knowledge creation of inter-organization literature. Second, it contributes to the studies of knowledge creation in supply chains. Third, this study demonstrates the importance of investigating the strong network embeddedness and industry property of RIC, which have a critic effect on the capabilities of knowledge sharing, transfer and assimilation.

Then take the development of coal chemical industry chain of Yulin City in Shaanxi Province for example, educe the necessity to upgrade its industrial chain. In addition, discuss the strategy to promote coal chemical industry chain from the perspective of strengthening the building of coal chemical industry chain and improving value-added.

The development of Energy and Coal Chemical Industry Base (ECCIB) is not only the important impetus of the regional economy, but also the guarantee of national energy security. In the near future, China will develop seven Energy and Coal Chemical Industry Bases. Ningdong ECCIB is selected to be a typical case for the further analysis in the paper. The food web of Ningdong ECCIB is obtained based on the material metabolism analysis of ECCIB and the relative statistics of Ningdong ECCIB. Then it is evaluated by the associating relation rate and the waste recycling rate. It is concluded that the associating relation rate of Ningdong ECCIB is 0.378 which is higher than the average of the rate of the eco-industrial parks in China. The solid waste recycling rate of Ningdong ECCIB is 30.38%, while the waste water recycling rate is 28.17%. They are both relatively lower. Accordingly, several optimization countermeasures are proposed.

Phosgene still plays an important role as a toxic substance in the chemical industry. Thiess (1968) recently reported observations on numerous cases of phosgene poisoning. A serious difficulty in the clinical handling of phosgene poisoning cases is a relatively long latent period, up to 12 hours, with no obvious signs of severity. At about 12 hours heavy lung edema appears suddenly, however changes can be seen in routine X-rays taken after only a few hours' exposure (Diller et al., 1969). This study was undertaken to correlate these early changes seen by the roengenologist with morphological alterations in the lungs seen in the'light and electron microscopes.Forty-two adult male and female Beagle dogs were selected for these exposure experiments. Treated animals were exposed to 94.5-107-5 ppm phosgene for 10 min. in a 15 m3 chamber. Roentgenograms were made of the thorax of each animal before and after exposure, up to 24 hrs.
