The COVID-19 pandemic has been one of the most unprecedented crises of recent decades with a global effect on society and the economy. It has triggered changes in the behavior and consumption patterns of both final consumer and industrial consumers. The consumption patterns of industrial consumers are also influenced by changes in consumer values, environmental regulations, and technological developments. One of the technological highlights of the last decade is biocomposite materials being increasingly used by the packaging industry. The pandemic has highlighted the problems and challenges of the development of biocomposites to adapt to new market conditions. This study aims to investigate the industrial consumption of biocomposite materials and the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the main stages of the value chain of sustainable industrial consumption of biocomposites. The research results reveal there is a growing interest in the use of biocomposites. Suppliers and processors of raw materials are being encouraged to optimize and adapt cleaner production processes in the sustainable transition pathway. The study highlights the positive impact of COVID-19 on the feedstock production, raw material processing, and packaging manufacturing stages of the value chain as well as the neutral impact on the product manufacturing stage and negative impact on the retail stage. The companies willing to move toward the sustainable industrial chain have to incorporate economic, environmental, social, stakeholder, volunteer, resilience, and long-term directions within their strategies.

Under the background of “double high plan”, higher vocational colleges combine the industrial background, strengthen the connection between industrial chain and professional chain. Therefore, colleges and universities delegate power to secondary colleges. Secondary colleges independently improve the grass-roots governance mechanism according to the logic of professional groups, which will help to optimize the power allocation mode, and strengthen the construction of professional organizations. The functions of professional resource allocation, power distribution and operation mechanism, so as to provide management guarantee for the construction of high-level professional groups.

This study takes China’s A-shares agricultural companies as the research subjects and examines the influence of social credit environment on the debt financing of agricultural enterprises. This study has found that the improvement of social credit environment can significantly increase the debt financing scale of agricultural enterprises. After a placebo test, the replacement of explained variables, and the control of industry fixed effects, the results obtained are still significant. The mechanism test found that the scale of the enterprise has a complete intermediary effect; that is, the social credit environment can increase the scale of external financing of agricultural enterprises by increasing the scale of the enterprise. This article focuses on the impact of informal institutions on corporate debt financing, which is conducive to enriching relevant research on agricultural enterprises and has important practical significance for promoting the development of the agricultural industrial chain as well as “village revitalization.”

The basic meaning of "patriots ruling Hong Kong" is that Hong Kong people who love China and love Hong Kong govern Hong Kong society to ensure the smooth implementation of the "One Country, Two Systems" system and the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Hong Kong and maintain the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong society. There is a logical connection between "patriots governing Hong Kong" and Hong Kong's united front work, which has firmly established the consciousness of the Chinese nation's community. "patriots governing Hong Kong" strengthens the awareness of patriotism and love of Hong Kong and helps to forge the consciousness of the Chinese nation's community. The main path for the innovation and development of the Chinese nation’s community consciousness is to promote the generation and development of the national outlook + national outlook + historical outlook + cultural outlook in Hong Kong and Macau, and to promote the industrial chain + supply chain + innovation chain + value in the construction of the Greater Bay Area The “multi-chain integration” of chain + united front chain promotes the exchanges and integration of ethnic groups and ethnic groups in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the people's livelihood-oriented + science and education-oriented + demonstration leadership.

In the face of the impact of the epidemic on the industrial chain and supply chain, it is an inevitable requirement for industrial development to ensure the dynamic balance of the supply chain. Supply chain is the basis for the generation of industrial chain. Industrial linkage can promote the rational layout of industries. The operation mode of supply chain is the main driving force of industrial linkage. To build a dynamic and balanced supply chain, we must focus on symbolic industries and adopt measures of chain protection, chain supplement, chain creation and chain financing.

Chongli, an internationally renowned ski mecca, is famous for hosting the 2022 Winter Olympics. As a booster of local economic development, ski tourism facilitates Chongli in moving away from poverty, and provides a new model for the economic development of other impoverished areas in China. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of ski tourism in Chongli on local economic development in detail, to clarify the relationship between ski tourism and its related industries, and propose improvement measures, using the methods of the literature review, Delphi and investigation. This paper presents a detailed analysis of indicators which reflect ski tourism and its economic development, and calculates the degree of influence of skiing tourism on local economic development. The results show that, except for transportation, storage and postal services, the local economy of Chongli is positively affected by the income of ski tourism and the number of ski tourists. The influence coefficient of ski tourism has exceeded the average level of social influence. Based on the place of ski tourism in Chongli, some strategies, such as extending the industrial chain and improving product quality to strengthen the economic impact of ski tourism, are proposed.

This paper presents a regression analysis by using the system generalized method of moments (SYS-GMM) model as the main regression model and combining it with the fixed effect of panel data and acquires the basic empirical research data from Wind database. The research shows that the speed of cross-industrial-chain investment can improve the innovation ability of AI enterprises, and AI enterprises with deep technology accumulation can improve their innovation performance in the rapid across-industrial-chain investment. In this paper, an across-industrial-chain investment decision path model for AI enterprises is proposed for the first time, suggesting that AI enterprises should pay attention to the related factors of industry and AI enterprises when making across-industrial-chain investment decisions. This helps to express the determination of investment, integration, and reconstruction to the target AI enterprises, and it can also facilitate fast across-industrial-chain investment and improve the innovation performance of AI enterprises.

The transmission of stock price fluctuations of listed companies in the rare earth industry has complex characteristics. Mastering its transmission law is of great meaning to understand the relationship between the upstream and downstream of the rare earth industry chain and market investment. This article uses the time series of daily closing prices of stocks in the global rare earth industry chain in the past ten years as the research object. The Granger causality test and complex network theory were used to construct the risk transmission network of the industrial chain. We have identified the key stocks in the network of stock price fluctuation in the rare earth industry chain and obtained the transmission path of stock price fluctuation. According to the results: (1) The stocks of Chinese and Japanese listed companies considerably influence the transmission of the stock price fluctuation in the rare earth industry chain. (2) The transmission distance of the stock price fluctuation of each network is relatively small, and the transmission speed is relatively fast. (3) The fluctuation of stock price in the rare earth industry chain is mainly transmitted from the upstream and midstream links to the midstream and downstream links.

Biogenic amines are a group of nitrogen substances and widely adopted to assess the food safety, especially for the aquatic products. In China, crayfish ( Prokaryophyllus clarkii) have become one of the most famous aquatic products and form a complete industrial value chain. To ensure the safety of the crayfish industrial chain, a rapid and nondestructive method for determining the biogenic amines of crayfish by nearinfrared spectroscopy coupled with chemometrics was proposed in this study. The quantitative models of histamine, tyramine, cadaverine, and putrescine were built by using the partial least squares (PLS) regression. The spectral preprocessing and the wavelength selection methods were adopted to optimize the models. For histamine, cadaverine, and putrescine in peeled or whole tails, reasonable quantitative results can be obtained by using the optimized models; the coefficient of determination (r2) are 0.88 and 0.90, 0.88 and 0.91, 0.89, and 0.84, respectively. As for tyramine in peeled or whole tails, the results are acceptable and the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.83 and 0.74, respectively.
