Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan khususnya jaringan sangatlah pesat oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem jaringan komputer yang sangat canggih. Dimana permasalahan yang sering terjadi disebuah perusahaan ataupun institusi yang sudah memakai server sering sekali kurangnya fleksibilitas dalam pengawasan server karena mudah sekali terjadi human error yang mengarah kepada admin jaringan yang bertugas untuk mengawasi server. Sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan sistem Zabbix sebagai Network Monitoring System karena Zabbix sudah memiliki tampilan GUI berupa map dan grafik sehingga membantu pengaturan administrasi maupun sistemnya. Implementasi Bot sudah banyak digunakan dengan keunggulan dalam keandalan untuk menyediakan data ke pengguna yang tidak terbatas oleh waktu. Dengan Bot ini admin jaringan dengan mengirimkan perintah ke Bot maka informasi yang diinginkan akan diberikan ke admin jaringan tanpa harus mengecek langsung kondisi server secara real time.

Nowadays, fiber optic technology has been used in sensing. Using the distributed optical fiber sensing technology in the landslide monitoring, the linear strain distribution information of the whole landslide can be obtained, and adopting the Fiber Bragg Grating sensing technology in the landslide monitoring, the key pot strain and displacement information can be gained. This paper firstly reviews the basic principle of optical fiber sensing, and then describes the optical fiber sensing real-time monitoring system by combining with FBG technology, BOTDR technology, database technology and web server technology, and finally presents a field application experiment using the real-time monitoring system in Ripley landslide in Canada. The experiment indicated that the real-time monitoring system can be realized real-time monitoring of FBG and BOTDR for landslide, and the experience can be extended to other landslide.

For the trend of aging population in China is increasingly serious and all kinds of advanced robots for senior and disable people aid emerged, the concept of intelligent network monitoring was considered. Monitoring system with video linkage monitoring, personnel physiological parameter measurement, real-time positioning and robotic status monitoring was designed for nursing house. Ethernet/SDARP (Ethernet /the Senior and Disable people Aid Robot Protocol) was firstly introduced into the network to ensure communication reliability and real-time performance. Integrated software of monitoring system with good compatibility, high efficiency and data security was developed using C#.NET and SQL Server. The integration of communication module was mainly introduced. Finally, the intelligent network monitoring system was practically used in Sijiqing Nursing House and has greatly improved the quality of medical and nursing service.

This paper mainly studies the key technologies of network real-time monitoring system based on Client/Server, and implementation of a real-time monitoring system based on CS/ mode. Using the network communication technology, Winsock technology, TCP/IP protocol, image compression and transmission technology, the process of communication technology and object oriented software technology to realize the main frame module, the system include network monitoring data initialization module, data transmission module, image coding and decoding module, its advantage is to make full use of the existing network resources, the highest price, with real-time information control and real-time control as the center, timely delivery and management of information.

Network Monitoring System is a system which has a function to observe or monitor the computer network system is running. Network monitoring system can be implemented in real time in a computer network.Development of network monitoring system using the local  ip and web-based applications, where the construction of this network monitoring system using CentOS 6.4 operating system as the server.Nagios is a network monitoring application based on open source that can be used according to user needs. To maximize the use of Nagios can use email and SMS as alerts.
