The principal aim of this paper is to present a general view of the special optical systems used for acquiring astronomical image data, commonly referred to as WFC or UWFC (Ultra Wide Field Camera), and of their transfer characteristics. UWFC image data analysis is very difficult in general, not only because the systems have so-called space variant (SV) properties. Images obtained from UWFC systems are usually incorrectly presented due to a wide range of optical aberrations and distortions. The influence of the optical aberrations increases towards the margins of the field of view. These aberrations distort the point spread function of the optical system and rapidly cut the accuracy of the measurements. This paper deals with simulation and modelling of the UWFC optical systems used in astronomy and their transfer characteristics.

In the course of developing advanced data processing and advanced performance models, as presented in companion papers, a number of basic scientific and mathematical questions arose. This paper deals with questions such as uniqueness, convergence, statistical accuracy, training, and evaluation methodologies. The process of bringing together large data sets and utilizing them, with outside data supplementation, is considered in detail. After these questions are focused carefully, emphasis is placed on how the new models, based on highly refined data processing, can best be used in the design world. The impact of this work on designs of the future is discussed. It is expected that this methodology will assist designers to move beyond contemporary design practices.

Along with the development of technology, the speed of data processing is needed in order to compete with competitors. A company must have an advantage over other companies if it does not want to lose in the competition. MRCCC Siloam Semanggi is a company that provides health services for cancer patients. One of the transaction processes within the hospital is sensing data in the form of images of patient data. Image data processing activities at this hospital are not yet structured and require a database in order to assist in fast data processing. This study aims to create an image transfer system to transfer physical documents into digital documents. This system is useful for hospital employees to be able to find documents easily for certain purposes, the system is made web-based using XAMPP, using PHP language with MySQL database. The results of the analysis of research that has been done, there are problems that arise related to the retention system in hospital patient data. Retention data collection activities are usually carried out by sorting out patient medical record documents from those not recorded on a computer.
