Here, we report a draft genome sequence of the Sporomusaceae bacterial strain FL31, a novel lactate-fermenting bacterium of the family Sporomusaceae within the class Negativicutes. This genome furthers our understanding of the physiological functions of this taxonomic group in natural environments.

Here, we report a draft genome sequence of a bacterial strain, F-183, isolated from a duckweed frond. Strain F-183 belongs to the family Bryobacteraceae of the phylum Acidobacteria , and its genomic information would contribute to understanding the ecophysiology of this abundant but rarely characterized phylum.

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Mesosutterella multiformis JCM 32464T, a new member of the family Sutterellaceae that was isolated from human feces. The genome assembly comprised 2,621,983 bp, with a G+C content of 56.9%. This genomic analysis will be useful for understanding the metabolic activities of this asaccharolytic bacterium.

ABSTRACT Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Rubricoccus marinus SG-29T, a bacterium isolated from the western North Pacific Ocean. R. marinus SG-29T possesses two different types of rhodopsin genes and belongs to the family Rhodothermaceae, with which halophilic, thermophilic, and marine bacteria are associated.

We report here the 7,259,392-bp draft genome ofPseudomonassp. strain ADP. This is a bacterial strain that was first isolated in the 1990s from soil for its ability to mineralize the herbicide atrazine. It has extensively been studied as a model to understand the atrazine biodegradation pathway. This genome will be used as a reference and compared to evolved populations obtained by experimental evolution conducted on this strain under atrazine selection pressure.
