Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value. Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II

In the present study, the authors propose a group decision support system (Web-GDSS), which allows multi-agents systems and multicriteria analysis systems to help decision-makers in order to obtain a collective decision, using web services. The proposed system operates on two main stages. First, decision-makers are in a different location away from each other. They must store their location in databases and invoke the appropriate web service. Second, in the case of negotiation between decision-makers, monotonic concession protocol will lead to an agreement using CONDORCET and BORDA voting methods.

In a group decision support system, the various decision-makers have their own information, constrains, decision strategies, preferences, and objectives which are generally not shared or communicated. This implies that the group decision process is distributed between the different entities implicated and impacted by various group members' characteristics. Solution to this problem is to find a decision that would be acceptable to all the decision-makers, following the necessity of a negotiation process that allows the elaboration of a common agreement for a group that faces a conflict on the decision to take. In the current study, the authors propose to establish a communication platform for a group decision support system (GDSS) based on web services, incorporating a multicriteria analysis methods and a negotiation protocol.

The variants of structural and functional schemes of biogas plants (BP) were investigated to obtain biogas and fertilizers based on the processing of solid organic waste in the agro-industrial complex (AIC). Based on the results of the study of biogas technologies, criteria are proposed for determining the best layout from the expert’s point of view. The systematization of options is given and alternatives are obtained. The method of multicriteria analysis of options based on fuzzy sets was used as a decision-making method. The use of the decision support system to select the best variant of the structural and functional scheme of the biogas plant predetermined the formation of a matrix of paired comparisons of dimension 5x5. To ensure high consistency of preferences associated with the procedure for filling in the matrices of paired comparisons of alternatives according to criteria, the method developed by us has been applied. This reduces the number of inquiries to the decision-maker. The selected structural and functional scheme meets the requirements for the development of typical automation solutions, which contributes to the replication of control systems for the same type of plants.

This paper presents NexClass, a Decision Support System (DSS) which supports classification of alternatives into predefined non-ordered categories according to their performance on evaluation criteria and implements a novel classification algorithm based on multicriteria analysis and outranking relations. More detailed, assignment to classes is based on the concept of non-exclusivity, which defines at what degree an alternative can be included in a specific category. For each category, a threshold is defined by the decision maker, which indicates its limit with respect to the evaluation criteria. Alternatives are next evaluated according to the criteria and non-excluding degrees are calculated for each category. Finally, an alternative is assigned to the category for which non-excluding degree gets the lowest value. NexClass DSS implements the above classification algorithm, providing a user-friendly interface, which supports decision makers to formulate and solve classification problems. In addition to the methodology and the DSS, we present a real world application at a classification problem in banking environment. Our findings derived from evaluation experiments in the banking environment provide valid evidence that the proposed methodology and the DSS effectively support decision makers in classification decisions.

Waste management under emergency conditions requires proper handling. The sudden closure of a strategic final disposal site can result in serious environmental and health hazards which need to be addressed. Furthermore, this situation requires the identification of new sites to be used for waste disposal. This study analysed the case-study of Genoa, Northern Italy, following the closure of the Scarpino landfill previously dedicated to the disposal of waste generated in this municipality. A multi-objective tool was developed and applied from long-term planning to day-to-day scheduling. A sensitivity analysis was performed on the basis of collected waste volumes, in order to study the utilization and actual rate of fulfilling of the plants according to the leading objective function. Considering all of the objective functions, the emissions optimization shows better behaviour in terms of simultaneous global accomplishment of each function. In this context, the introduction of a decision support system for waste management shows its usefulness in setting and effectively pursuing long-term targets in term of total costs, emissions generated by waste transport, and exploitation of single plants from a sustainability perspective.
