Phone Addiction Monitor is application which is based on android platform. The “Phone Addiction Monitor” is to developed for manage the time of phone usage and overcome the spending time on social media. Using an advanced algorithm, the app studies your phone usage and calculates addiction score in real time. Show the graph on daily, weekly & monthly basis, so it is easy to analyse the data and manage time. Application show the Analysis application wise so you can see how much time you spend on each application. An adult checks his phone a taping 110 times a day. That makes it once every 14 minutes. And for most people this peak to once every 6 seconds in the evenings. So, people easily track the phone usage

This paper studies and implementation of positioning system based on GPS.The system consists of hardware platforms, positioning terminal software, positioning and monitoring service center. One of positioning terminal is based on Samsung's S3C2440 ARM9 processor, G600 communication module and u-blox GPS positioning module. Positioning terminal software Linux-based development of embedded real-time operating system, it's multi-tasking, real-time characteristics of software provides a good platform. Running on the Linux operating system is the terminal software, by driving the hardware platforms and Linux, the terminal software to complete the GPS positioning, and communications with control centers and other functions. The second type of positioning terminal is based on Android platform for mobile phones and other android pads. Such terminals can use the rich resources of the Android platform to achieve the map display, GPS positioning, communications with control centers. Monitoring platform is a GIS-based management platform, including the integration of the electronic map, and track positioning terminal location query.

With more frequent information exchange between the completely open mobile Android platform and other embedded platforms, the needed for information integrity and real-time's requirements are more stringent. Now the Bluetooth communication data algorithm on the Android platform has some defects while realizing communication data's real-time capacity and operability. Based on the research of Android Bluetooth devices and non-peer platform for Bluetooth communication, an array-list timestamp combination algorithm was put forward (was proposed) to solve the uncompetition of data frames and data loss phenomenon when the Android Bluetooth devices receive data frames during communication process.
