In the last decade, sentiment analysis, opinion mining, and subjectivity of microblogs in social media have attracted a great deal of attention of researchers. Movie recommendation systems are the tools, which provide valuable services to the users. The data available online are growing gradually because the online activities of users or viewers are increasing day by day. Because of this, big data, analytics, and computational issues have raised. Therefore, we have to improve recommendations services upon the traditional one to make the recommendation system significant and efficient. This article presents the solution for these issues by producing the significant and efficient recommendation services using multivariates (ratings, votes, Twitter likes, and reviews) of movies from multiple external resources which are fetched by the web bot and managed by the Apache Hadoop framework in a distributed manner. Reviews are analyzed by a deep semantic analyzer based on the recurrent neural network (RNN/LSTM attention) with user movie attention (UMA) to produce the emotion. The proposed recommender evaluates multivariates and produces a more significant movie recommendation list according to the taste of the user on a mobile app in an efficient way.

n a business enterprise there is an enormous amount of data generated or processed daily through different data points. It is increasing day by day. It is tough to handle it through traditional applications like excel or any other tools. So, big data analytics and environment may be helpful in the current scenario and the situation discussed above. This paper discussed the big data management ways with the impact of computational methodologies. It also covers the applicability domains and areas. It explores the computational methods applicability scenario and their conceptual design based on the previous literature. Machine learning, artificial intelligence and data mining techniques have been discussed for the same environment based on the related study.

The term big data analytics refers to mining and analyzing of the voluminous amount of data in big data by using various tools and platforms. Some of the popular tools are Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, HBase, Storm, Grid Gain, HPCC, Casandra, Pig, Hive, and No SQL, etc. These tools are used depending on the parameter taken for big data analysis. So, we need a comparative analysis of such analytical tools to choose best and simpler way of analysis to gain more optimal throughput and efficient mining. This chapter contributes to a comparative study of big data analytics tools based on different aspects such as their functionality, pros, and cons based on characteristics that can be used to determine the best and most efficient among them. Through the comparative study, people are capable of using such tools in a more efficient way.

Being premature, the traditional data visualization techniques suffer from several challenges and lack the ability to handle a huge amount of data, particularly in gigabytes and terabytes. In this research, we propose an R-tool and data analytics framework for handling a huge amount of commercial market stored data and discover knowledge patterns from the dataset for conveying the derived conclusion. In this chapter, we elaborate on pre-processing a commercial market dataset using the R tool and its packages for information and visual analytics. We suggest a recommendation system based on the data which identifies if the food entry inserted into the database is hygienic or non-hygienic based on the quality preserved attributes. For a precise recommendation system with strong predictive accuracy, we will put emphasis on Algorithms such as J48 or Naive Bayes and utilize the one who outclasses the comparison based on accuracy. Such a system, when combined with R language, can be potentially used for enhanced decision making.

Consumers are spending more and more time on the web to search information and receive e-services. E-commerce, e-government, e-business, e-learning, e-science, etc. reflect the growing importance of the web in all aspects of our lives. Along with the tremendous growth of online information, the use of big data has become a vital force in growing revenues. Consumers are today shopping multiple products across multiple channels online. This transformation is substantial and many of the e-commerce companies have now turned to big data analytics for focused customer group targeting using opinion mining for evaluating campaign strategies and maintaining a competitive advantage, especially during the festive shopping season. So, the role of intelligent techniques in e-servicing is massive. This chapter focuses on the importance of big data (since there is a large volume of data online) and big data analytics in the field of e-servicing and explains the various applications, platforms to implement the big data applications, and security issues in the era of big data and e-servicing.

The adoption of Web 2.0 technologies, Internet of Things, etc. by individuals and organization has led to an explosion of data. As it stands, existing Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMSs) are incapable of handling this deluge of data. The term Big Data was coined to represent these vast, fast and complex datasets that regular RDBMSs could not handle. Special tools or frameworks were developed to deal with processing, managing and storing this big data. These tools are capable of functioning in distributed industry- standard environments thereby maintaining efficiency and effectiveness at a business level. Apache Hadoop is an example of such a framework. This report discusses big data, it origins, opportunities and challenges that it presents, big data analytics and the application of big data using existing big data tools or frameworks. It also discusses Apache Hadoop as a big data framework and provides a basic overview of this technology from technological and business perspectives.
