During the long-term operating period, the mechanical parameters of hydraulic structures and foundation deteriorated gradually because of the environmental factors. In order to evaluate the overall safety and durability, these parameters should be calculated by some accurate analysis methods, which are hindered by slow computational efficiency and optimization performance. The improved deep Q-network (DQN) algorithm combined with the deep neural network (DNN) surrogate model was proposed in this paper to ameliorate the above problems. Through the study cases of different zoning in the dam body and the actual engineering foundation, it is shown that the improved DQN algorithm has a good application effect on inversion analysis of material mechanical parameters in this paper.

The stock market is affected by economic market, policy, and other factors, and its internal change law is extremely complex. With the rapid development of the stock market and the expansion of the scale of investors, the stock market has produced a large number of transaction data, which makes it more difficult to obtain valuable information. Because deep neural network is good at dealing with the prediction problems with large amount of data and complex nonlinear mapping relationship, this paper proposes an attention-guided deep neural network stock prediction algorithm. This paper synthesizes the daily stock social media text emotion index and stock technology index as the data source and applies them to the long-term and short-term memory neural network (LSTM) model to predict the stock market. The stock emotion index is extracted by constructing a social text classification emotion model of bidirectional long-term and short-term memory neural network (Bi-LSTM) based on attention mechanism and glove word vector representation algorithm. In addition, a dimensionality reduction model based on decision tree (DT) and principal component analysis (PCA) is constructed to reduce the dimensionality of stock technical indicators and extract the main data information. Furthermore, this paper proposes a model based on nasNet for pattern recognition. The recognition results can be used to automatically identify short-term K-line patterns, predict reliable trading signals, and help investors customize short-term high-efficiency investment strategies. The experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of the proposed algorithm can reach 98.6%, which has high application value.

There is a constant search for novel methods of classication and predicting cardiac rhythm disorders or arrhythmias. We prefer to classify them as wide complex tachyarrhythmia's or ventricular arrhythmias inclusive of malignant ventricular arrhythmias which with hemodynamic compromise is usually life threatening. Long term and fatality predictions warranting AICD implantation are already available. We have a novel method and robust algorithm with preprocessing and optimal feature selection from ECG signal analysis for such rhythm disorders. Variability of ECG recording makes predictability analysis challenging especially when execution time is of prime importance in tackling resuscitative attempts for MVA. Noisy data needs ltering and preprocessing for effective analysis. Portable devices need more of this ltering prior to data input. Deterministic probabilistic nite state automata (DPFA) which generates a probability strings from the broad morphologic patterns of an ECG can generate a classier data for the algorithm without preprocessing for atrial high rate episodes (AHRE). DPFA can be effectively used for atrial tachyarrhythmias for predictive analysis. The method we suggest is use of optimal classier set for prediction of malignant ventricular arrhythmias and use of DFPA for atrial arrhythmias. Here traditional practices of heart rate variability based support vector machine (SVM), discrete wavelet transform (DWT), principal component analysis (PCA), deep neural network (DNN), convoutional neural network (CNN) or CNN with long term memory (LSTM) can be outperformed. AICD - automatic implantable cardiac debrillator, MVA - Malignant Ventricular Arrhythmias, VT - ventricular tachycardia, VF - ventricular brillation,DFPA deterministic probabilistic nite state automata, SVM -Support Vector Machine, DWT discrete wavelet transform, PCA principal component analysis, DNN deep neural network, CNN convoutional neural network, Convoutional LSTM Long short term memory,RNN recurrent neural network

User quest for information has led to development of Question Answer (QA) system to provide relevant answers to user questions. The QA task are different than normal NLP tasks as they heavily depend to semantics and context of given data. Retrieving and predicting answers to verity of questions require understanding of question, relevance with context and identifying and retrieving of suitable answers. Deep learning helps to produce impressive performance as it employs deep neural network with automatic feature extraction methods. The paper proposes a hybrid model to identify suitable answer for posed question. The proposes power exploits the power of CNN for extracting features and ability of LSTM for considering long term dependencies and semantic of context and question. Paper provides a comparative analysis on deep learning methods useful for predicting answer with the proposed method .The model is implemented on twenty tasks of babI dataset of Facebook .
