Recently, IoV-based services and vehicles have come to the forefront as part of the growing market for the automobile industry. Since IoV-based services and vehicles were introduced, they have been expected to grow rapidly. However, contrary to optimistic expectations for future market growth, the IoV-based services and vehicles market has appeared to hit a roadblock and remains at an early market stage. Therefore, research of the determinants leading to consumers’ intention to accept and purchase IoV-based services and vehicles is significant for either academics or practitioners. Drawing upon the extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology acceptance model (UTAUT2), the perceived risk theory, and the initial trust model, we developed an integrated conceptual model and explored what and how various determinant antecedent conditions fit together on consumer intention to accept IoV-based services and vehicles. The proposed model and hypotheses were assessed by both symmetric (partial least square structural equation modeling, PLS-SEM) and asymmetric (fsQCA) approaches using online survey datasets with 362 Chinese consumers. The findings suggest that PLS-SEM and fsQCA are complementary analytical techniques providing comparable results. PLS-SEM results indicate that performance expectancy, price value, habit, and initial trust have significant effects on behavioral intention to accept IoV services. Despite other determinants, e.g., effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and perceived risk, have no significant effect. FsQCA results reveal twelve different configurations of determinants resulting in a high level of behavioral intention to accept IoV services, and eight causal paths equifinally leading to the negation of behavioral intention to accept IoV services. These findings suggest that several conditions that were not significant in PLS-SEM are sufficient conditions when combined with other conditions. This study enriches relevant research studies on IoV-based services acceptance and provides relevant insights and marketing suggestions for incentivizing consumers to accept the IoV-based services.

Guest experience studies and the consequences towards behavioral intention play a significant role in the success of resort industry. Hence, this study attempts to investigate the relationship between service experience equity and behavioral intention at eco-resorts. This study also aims to discover the new experience and phenomenon of ecotourism particularly in eco-resort setting in Malaysia. The result of the hypotheses is tested using partial least square of structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and several conclusions were achieved. Noticeably, the service experience equity perceived by eco-resorts’ guests showed significant influence their behavioral intention in staying at eco-resorts.

Abstrak : Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Penggunaan Electronic Money : Integrasi Model TAM – TPB dengan Perceived Risk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat penggunaan e-money. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 260 responden mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik convinience sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap, persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku mempengaruhi minat penggunaan e-money, sementara persepsi risiko kinerja, risiko sosial, risiko waktu, risiko keuangan, dan risiko keamanan tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan e-money.Kata kunci: Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM), Teori Perilaku Rencanaan (TPB), Uang Elektronik, Persepsi Risiko

Kondisi geografis Indonesia sangat membutuhkan pesawat sebagai sarana yang menjadi konektivitas antar pulau. Di tahun 2018, jumlah penumpang pesawat rute domestik mencapai 101.130.000 penumpang. Meskipun begitu, nyatanya di maskapai Lion Air mengalami penurunan jumlah penumpang sebesar 4,13%. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Service Quality terhadap Perceived Image, Perceived Value, dan Customer Satisfaction, dan bagaimana dampaknya terhadap Behavioral Intention pada konsumen jasa maskapai Lion Air di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dalam penelitian adalah masyarakat yang pernah menggunakan jasa maskapai Lion Air di Indonesia. Teknik pengambil sampel menggunakan rumus Cohran sehingga ditentukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 385 sampel. Tenik analisis data adalah teknik multivariat melalui alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil temuan dalam penelitian adalah Service Quality merupakan faktor utama untuk meningkatkan Perceived Image, dan Perceived Value sehingga terciptanya Customer Satisfaction dan Behavioral Intention pada konsumen jasa maskapai Lion Air di Indonesia. Dengan begitu, maka disarankan bagi Lion untuk memprioritaskan Service Quality karena pengaruhnya besar terhadap Perceived Image, Perceived Value, dan Customer Satisfaction yang juga berdampak pada Behavioral Intentions pada konsumen maskapai Lion Air.

This study aims to investigate destination brand prestige, and to explore the mediating effects of destination brand worldness between destination brand prestige and intention to revisit. Research is designed to collect primary data from the Taiwanese tourists. Partial least squares structural equation modeling is used to test the effects. The research model is appropriately implemented in Smart PLS 3 and a full mediation has existed through the empirical findings. The study shows how destination brand worldness mediates the relationship between destination brand prestige and intention to revisit.

This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

Purpose Until today, scholars claim that the phenomenon of “co-creation” of value in an “interacted” economy and in the context of positive actor-to-actor relationships has not been adequately explored. This study aims to first to identify and separate the accessible values of internet of things (IoT)-based business models for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) customer groups. It quantifies the drivers to successfully implement disruptive business models. Design/methodology/approach Data were gathered from 292 customers in Western Europe. The conceptual framework was tested using partial least square structural equation modeling. Findings Managing disruptions in the digital age is closely related to the fact that the existing trust in buyer-seller relationships is not enough to accept IoT projects. A company’s digitalization capabilities, satisfaction with the existing relationship and trust in the IoT credibility of the manufacturer drives the perceived value of IoT-based business models in B2B settings. Contrastingly, in B2G settings, money is less important. Research limitations/implications Research refers to one business field, the data set is of European origin only. Findings indicate that the drivers to engage in IoT-related projects differ significantly between the customer groups and therefore require different marketing management strategies. Saving time today is more important to B2G buyers than saving money. Practical implications The disparate nature of B2B and B2G buyers indicates that market segmentation and targeted marketing must be considered before joint-venturing in IoT business models. To joint venture supply chain partners co-creating value in the context of IoT-related business models, relationship management should be focused with buyers on the same footing, as active players and co-developers of a personalized experience in digital service projects. Originality/value Diverging from established studies focusing on the relationship within a network of actors, this study defines disruptive business models and identifies its drivers in B2B and B2G relationships. This study proposes joint venturing with B2B and B2G customers to overcome the perceived risk of these IoT-related business models. Including customers in platforms and networks may lead to the co-creation of value in joint IoT projects.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah keinovatifan dapat memoderasi peran pengaruh sosial terhadap minat pembelian kopi Starbucks sebagai produk hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Responden adalah 100 konsumen Starbucks. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah convenience sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sosial berpengaruh terhadap niat membeli kopi Starbucks dan keinovatifan konsumen tidak memoderasi peran pengaruh sosial terhadap minat pembelian kopi Starbuck sebagai produk hijau. The purpose of this study was to determine whether innovativeness can moderate the role of social influence in the purchase intention of Starbucks coffee as a green product. Respondents were 100 Starbucks consumers. The sampling technique is convenience sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire by survey method. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that social influence had effect on Starbucks coffee purchase intentions and consumer innovativeness did not moderate the role of social influence on the purchase intention of Starbuck coffee as a green product. This might be due to brand equity factors, collectivistic culture and limited sample size, which can be suggested for future researchers.

Berkembangnya industri kopi bubuk berskala kecil dan menengah di Kota Padang menunjukkan bahwa usaha dibidang industri kopi ini memberikan prospek dan peluang, salah satu industri kopi bubuk yang ada di Kota Padang adalah kopi bubuk Cap Tiga Sendok, memiliki kapasitas produksi terkecil yaitu sebesar ±600 kg/bulan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rantai pasok dalam peningkatan daya saing produk kopi, untuk menghasilkan rumusan faktor-faktor tersebut dapat menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rantai pasok kopi dalam peningkatan daya saing produk kopi yang berada di Kota Padang, studi kasus pada usaha kopi cap Tiga Sendok. Variabel dan indikatornya diambil dari beberapa jurnal penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa dalam peningkatan daya saing produk kopi di kota Padang dipengaruhi oleh 3 variabel dari 4 variabel yang terdapat pada penelitian secara signifikan yaitu variabel struktur rantai pasok, variabel efektifitas, dan variabel kebijakan pemerintah dan 1 variabel tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap daya saing yaitu variabel saluran rantai pasok, dalam upaya peningkatan daya saing produk kopi memerlukan dukungan yang lebih dari pemerintah untuk memperhatikan aspek saluran rantai pasok dalam peningkatan daya saing produk kopi di Kota Padang.

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perilaku melayani dalam memediasi pengaruh antaran kompensasi dan kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Desain/Metodelogi/Pendekatan - Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama pengumpulan data untuk semua objek penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus. Responden yang digunakan adalah 42 pegawai di Dinas Pertanahan Kota Palangka Raya, dari 42 kuesioner yang tersebar, 40 kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan digunakan sebagai data penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Variance Based Approaching atau Component Based with Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku melayani, perilaku melayani berpengaruh positif kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan tangkas dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja di perusahaan perkebunan. Penggunaan variabel-variabel tersebut berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu , yaitu : Dareel K. Rigby. (2020), Laanti dkk (2010), Bartsch dkk (2020) Pradhan dkk ( 2016) , dan Risley (2020). Penelitian dilakukan di anak perusahaan perkebunan  PT. Astra Agro Lestari yang berada di area Kalimantan Tengah, jumlah responden ada sebanyak 252 karyawan. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan secara menyebarkan kusioner dengan menggunakan aplikasi google form. Analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tangkas , motivasi dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifika terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan peran kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi tidak siginifikan dalam korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan tangkas terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan di variabel motivasi  variabel kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
