Purpose, - The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a study of the influence of career development, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of the Department of Food Security of Central Kalimantan Province.Design/methodology/approach - This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total of 60 respondents. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and R2.Findings - The results showed that career development had a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance, Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, self-development, motivation and competence has a significant positive effect together on employee performance.

Purpose, - This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price perception and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sendy’s Swalayan Palangka Raya.Design/methodology/approach - The research method uses an explanatory approach to techniques survey, the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, the sampling technique using census techniques. Data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation studies, while data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis techniques. Findings - The results showed that the influence of service quality, price perception and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sendy’s Swalayan Palangka Raya. And the results of the descriptive analysis state that the respondents agreed with the proposed indicators.

Purpose, - This research aims to provide empirical explanation on the influence of interpesonal communication on UMKM performance with knowledge sharing as intervening.Design/methodology/approach - The research method used is descriptive-quantitative. This research analysis Unit is a staff of 139 people with census sample techniques or total sampling. The collected Data is analyzed using a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach. The Software used is SmartPLS 3.2.8. Findings - The results showed that the influence of interpesonal communication has positive and significant impact on umkm performance, the influence of interpesonal communication is positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing, influential knowledge sharing Positive and significant to umkm performance, knowledge sharing intervening the influence of interpesonal communication towards umkm performance

Purpose, - The purpose of this research is to know how much the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on the employee performance of PT. Suryamas Cipta Perkasa II Village of Paduran Sebangau subdistrict Sebangau Kuala.Design/methodology/approach - The research methods used are descriptive statistics and multiple regression statistics. Findings - This study shows partial results (test-t): a) Work motivation is influential and significant towards employee performance, B) job satisfaction is influential and significant to employee performance, and simultaneously the results of the study show Work motivation and job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance of variable donations in this study of R2 = 0.493 or 49.3%.

Purpose, - The purpose of this study was to determine and to know the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at Fairuz Hotel in Palangka Raya.Design/methodology/approach - The research method used was qualitative, quantitative by using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques. The population and sample in this study were all of the Employees' Performance at Fairuz Hotel in Palangka Raya, totaling 30 people. Findings - This research shows the results partially (t-test): a) Motivation has significant and significant effect on Employee Performance, b) Work Discipline has a significant and significant effect on Employee Performance, and simultaneously the results of the study show Work Motivation and Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance in this study R2 = 0.532 or 53.2%.

Purpose, - This study aims to provide an explanation of the implementation of product quality control carried out by Prabu Bakery.Design/methodology/approach - The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The unit of analysis in this research is the bread products produced by Prabu Bakery as many as 54,720 pieces of bread. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) approach, the software used was Microsoft Excel 2016. Findings - The results of this study indicate that product quality control at Prabu Bakery has not been able to minimize failed products, so it requires training and development for URL products that fail at Prabu Bakery

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perilaku melayani dalam memediasi pengaruh antaran kompensasi dan kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Desain/Metodelogi/Pendekatan - Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama pengumpulan data untuk semua objek penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus. Responden yang digunakan adalah 42 pegawai di Dinas Pertanahan Kota Palangka Raya, dari 42 kuesioner yang tersebar, 40 kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan digunakan sebagai data penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Variance Based Approaching atau Component Based with Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku melayani, perilaku melayani berpengaruh positif kinerja karyawan. Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada Perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Desain/Metodelogi/Pendekatan - Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Temuan - Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Debt Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Total Assets Turnover tidak berpengaruh tehadap pertumbuhan laba. Return On Assets berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Price Earning Ratio tidak berpengaruh. terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi pengembangan kinerja sumber daya manusia pada UMKM di Kota Malang melalu implementasti analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Treatments). Desain/Metodelogi/Pendikatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan SWOT analisis. SWOT dapat menjadi alat yang digdaya dan mampu mengeksplorasi kemungkinan-kemungkinan perencanaan strategi baru maupun memulai program yang baru Temuan - Hasil menunjukkan indikator Strength yang paling tinggi adalah S5 (Pelayanan) yaitu sebesar 4.20. Sementara itu, indikator Weakness yang paling tinggi adalah W4 (Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia), yaitu sebesar 3.20. Kemudian indikator Opportunity yang paling tinggi adalah O1 (Oleh-oleh khas daerah) dan O5 (Bahan Baku) yaitu sebesar 4. Sementara itu, indikator Threat yang paling tinggi adalah T3 (Pesaing pendatang baru), yaitu sebesar 2.3. Kemudian untuk lokasi titik potong A, B, C, dan D, yaitu titik E, berada kuadran I (Strategi agresif). Dengan demikian, analisis SWOT terhadap UMKM di Kota Malang menunjukkan posisi yang bagus, sehingga dapat diterapkan strategi SO.

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Credit Union (CU) Betang Asi Palangka Raya. Desain/Metodelogi/Pendekatan – Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik sampel adalah jenuh, dimana responden berjumlah 30 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis dengan alat analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Software yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 24. Temuan Penelitian - Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial dan simultan.
