Aiming at the problem of the inability to classify data due to the excessive amount of teaching resources, which leads to the college English flipped classroom teaching model’s low resource sharing rate and the poor accuracy of score statistical analysis, a university-based data mining algorithm is designed. Research on the evaluation of english flipped classroom teaching model is conducted, the strategy of applying the flipped classroom in college English teaching is analyzed, the characteristics and advantages of this model are explored, the data mining algorithm to practical teaching is applied, and the decision tree C4.5 classification technology is used to achieve accurate classification of massive student test scores. The classification technology selects classification attributes based on the information gain rate. It uses the postpruning method to process data to improve the accuracy of data classification. Finally, the statistical analysis results of the business logic layer are transmitted to the user through the browser application layer using the WEB server. The experimental results show that using this article’s evaluation method, the college English flipped classroom teaching model can achieve a high resource sharing rate, high accuracy of performance statistics analysis, and a good teaching effect.

In order to quickly and accurately retrieve a required part from massive multimedia educational resources and improve the utilization of educational resources, a multimedia assisted legal classroom teaching model based on data mining algorithm is designed. Firstly, the attributes of multimedia assisted legal classroom teaching resources are judged, and the numerical resources are standardized and discretized. Then, the B+ tree is used to establish the model’s indexes and index library, and the corresponding retrieval algorithm is designed to complete the resource search, establish the data distribution structure model of the multimedia assisted legal classroom teaching system, mine the data, reconstruct the phase space of the fused data information flow, extract the high-order moment features of the specific data in the multimedia assisted legal classroom teaching system in the reconstructed high-dimensional phase space, and realize the accurate mining of the feature data. The experimental results show that the teaching effect of the designed model has more advantages and can promote the improvement of students’ performance.

Since the 21st century, the cultivation and improvement of college students' English autonomous learning ability have become an important symbol of deepening the reform of College English teaching. The reform of teaching model is the critical to it. With the help of the self-constructed flipped classroom teaching model, this paper designs the corresponding teaching process, aiming at investigating the three dimensions of self-management learning ability, self-learning psychology and self-learning behavior of non-English majors. After the investigation and experiment on the control class and the experimental class for the whole semester, the experimental results show that the self-regulated learning model of College English based on the flipped classroom can greatly improve the comprehensive English level of College students, and the flipped classroom teaching model of College English can effectively improve the students' self-management learning ability, stimulate students 'motivation of autonomous learning and activate students' autonomous learning behavior. Thus, it opens up a new path for the cultivation of College Students 'autonomous learning ability.

To better meet the demand of our society for the new compound talents with high abilities of intercultural communication, education reforms have been under way for a long time. College English teaching has been explored and perfected in terms of teaching contents and teaching model. This essay has practiced and assessed college English flipped classroom teaching, by carrying out teaching experiments, retrospectively comparing the results college English examinations of clinical medical students of Grade 2014 to 2017, and undertaking the questionnaire. It is concluded that college English flipped classroom teaching is feasible and is of many advantages, but there are still many problems which can’t be neglected. The practice and assessment of college English flipped classroom teaching mentioned in this essay will be significant to English teaching development.

Flipped classroom is now one of the most highly valued models in universities. From domestic and foreign research, flipped classroom can provide language input for students’ autonomous learning via modern information technology, which creates more opportunities for classroom output activities and eventually can effectively improve the teaching effect of College English. This paper analyzes the concept of flipped classroom, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of flipped classroom teaching model in College English teaching from the existing problems in English teaching, and focuses on the innovative exploration of flipped classroom for college English teaching ideas based on the characteristics and theoretical basis of flipped classroom teaching model. This paper is expected to provide implications for the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model in College English teaching in China, so as to promote the reform of College English teaching, perfect the flipped classroom teaching model to adapt to the form of College English teaching in China, and lay the foundation for implementation of flipped classroom on a large scale.
