With the progress of society and the development of economy, people pay more and more attention to education, and traditional teaching methods are gradually unable to meet the modern teaching system. As a leader in modern information technology, virtual reality technology has developed rapidly in recent years, and virtual reality technology has also been introduced into many fields, such as teaching. Based on the immersive and extended characteristics of virtual reality, this paper proposes a virtual reality active visual interaction method based on the visual sensor. Based on virtual teaching, after 3 months of learning, the average, standard deviation, and average standard error of the experimental group’s performance are higher than those of the control group. Compared with the control group, the experimental group’s performance has increased by 8.25%. The difference is statistically significant. Learning significance ( P < 0.05 ), immersive virtual reality teaching has played a significant role in the effect, which can greatly improve the cognitive experience of students and achieve a good learning experience and effect.

The emergence of wireless sensor networks connects the physical world with the information world and changes the way humans interact with nature. With the rapid development of modern information technology, accounting information systems (AIS) have emerged at the historic moment. Under the information environment, accounting data exists in paper or paperless form. The use of information technology not only brings convenient and efficient services to enterprises but also has a huge impact on the internal control of the enterprise. Because the network is open and unstable, the system is vulnerable to illegal intrusion and viruses. Based on the above background, the research content of this article is to use DES algorithm to encrypt accounting data. DES (Data Encryption Standard) encryption algorithm is a symmetric password encryption method. It has the advantages of fast encryption speed, simple and practical algorithm, and consideration of both security and efficiency requirements. This paper discusses the application of DES encryption technology to accounting data processing. To achieve data security management goals. Therefore, this paper proposes a DES algorithm based on the logistic chaotic system. Through experimental simulation, the results show that the chaotic discrete model has initial value sensitivity and iterative nonrepetition. The resulting key space is independent and random. In the application, you can perform random key input according to the performance of software and hardware, which is flexible; there is only one “1186828” in the initial DES algorithm encryption process, but each set of plain text in the improved DES algorithm corresponds to a corresponding set of keys and independence. The test results show that they are maintained between 5 and 6.6. It is proved that using the initial value sensitivity of the logistic system and using the initial value as the key can realize the secure management of accounting data on the premise of ensuring efficiency.

School nowadays is focused on students’ health as a prerequisite for a successful performance. The health status is a multifaceted concept which is gauged by various indicators. Determining the health status of children takes a lot of time resources on the part of educational staff engaged in systemizing and analysing the data and making practical recommendations for optimising students’ health. Boosting the quality of health monitoring can be achieved via modern IT systems by creating a digital health passport for school students. This research is based on the methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis, data generalisation, analytical modelling of the content and organisational process of health monitoring via modern information technology. An attempt was made to create a scientific and methodological model for collating and evaluating data on school children’s physical health, mental health and physical preparedness. The data are presented in the form of a digital health passport. The data were used as a basis for the computer programme The Health Passport which allows the user to obtain information on the general health status and differentiated aspects of health, such as physical or mental health and physical preparedness. The programme can also give individualised practical recommendations by analysing the test results; store statistically relevant information on individual and group performance; conduct comparative analysis of individual and group performance of comprehensive school students on the methodological basis of mathematical statistics.

Medical wastewater originating from hospitals specializing in infectious diseases pose a major risk to human and environmental health during pandemics. However, there have been few systematic studies on the management of this type of wastewater management. The function of the Huoshenshan Hospital as a designated emergency field hospital for the treatment of COVID-19 has provided lessons for the management measures of medical wastewater, mainly including: (1) Modern information technology, management schemes, and related standard systems provided the legislative foundation for emergency management of medical wastewater. (2) The three-tier prevention and control medical wastewater management system ensured the discharged wastewater met water quality standards, especially for the leak-proof sealed collection system of the first tier, and the biological and chemical treatment technology of the second tier. (3) The establishment of an effective three-tier medical wastewater quality monitoring accountability system. This system was particularly relevant for ensuring continuous data monitoring and dynamic analysis of characteristic indicators. (4) Information disclosure by government and public supervision promoted successful implementation of medical wastewater management and control measures. Public questionnaires (n = 212) further confirmed the effectiveness of information disclosure. The results of this study can act as methodological reference for the emergency management of wastewater in designated infectious disease hospitals under similar situations.

Abstract The rational allocation of water resources plays an important role in alleviating disparities between supply and demand in areas with water shortages. With the continuous development of modern information technology, the pace of digitization is accelerating. Digital water networks provide a means of technical support, and their application is becoming more extensive. Based on the traditional study of water resource allocation combined with the development of modern information technology, this paper proposes a new operational application model of multi-objective water resource allocation based on a digital water network and applies this model to allocate water resources in the Heihe River basin in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. First, a topological digital water network is constructed based on the connectivity criterion of water systems, and a cooperative configuration model with social, economic and ecological objectives is established. Second, the model and its solution method are componentized, and the water resource allocation business system is constructed based on the comprehensive integration platform to integrate the digital water network and the water resource multi-objective allocation business. Finally, to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the new model, the new model was applied to allocate water resources in the Heihe River basin of Xi'an city, Shaanxi Province.

The purpose of the research conducted by the author is to clarify the distinctive features in the development of the prosecutor’s office of the Chuvash Republic in the first decade of the 2000s. This topic has an absolute novelty and is raised for the first time in Russian historical science. The author of the article is a member of the author’s group consisting of lecturers of I.N. Ulianov Chuvash State University, which conducted a comprehensive study of the history of the Prosecutor’s office of Chuvashia in 2021. The article contains interim results of the study reflecting the main facts and events of the history of the Republican Prosecutor’s Office in the period under review. A number of facts analyzed in the article, which were revealed by the author thanks to archival documents introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, have novelty as well. The main methods used in the study were the traditional methods for the Russian historical science problem – chronological and comparative-historical methods. The first of them made it possible to trace the consistent nature of historical events reflecting the development of the Prosecutor’s Office of Chuvashia in 2000–2010. Thanks to the second method, the facts of regional history were considered in comparison with the general processes that took place in the life of the Russian Federation during the period under review. In addition, the author applied a systematic approach, which was expressed in studying the activities of the state legal institution of the Prosecutor’s Office as an integral part of the country’s legal system. The result of the study was identifying the characteristic features in the development process of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Chuvash Republic in 2000–2010. These include strengthening state government institutions both in Chuvashia and in Russia as a whole. Against this background, there was a significant reorganization of the prosecutor’s office. Some changes occurred in determining the main priorities of activity. The evolution in the nature of activity is also significant. The prosecutor’s offices became noticeably more open to the public, this is manifested, among other things, in the use of modern information technology opportunities. Special attention was paid to the moral and ethical qualities of the prosecutor’s office staff. The research topic has a high degree of relevance, practical significance and the prospect of continuation in connection with preparing a monographic publication by the author’s group.
