The upper computer communication operation state automatic monitoring system is mainly used to remotely monitor the equipment, obtain various parameter indexes in the operation process of remote equipment, realize remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, and improve the management efficiency of decentralized equipment. This paper completes the design of communication, data storage, query, and other subsystems of upper and lower computers. The lower computer establishes a data channel with the OPC server through the MPI protocol and uploads the collected data to the OPC server in real time. The upper computer reads the data through the OPC server and displays the changes of monitored parameters in real time through the monitoring interface, so as to give an alarm under abnormal conditions. In addition, since the default database of Kingview is access, considering that the Microsoft Access database can store up to 2G of content, in order to upgrade and expand the subsequent system, SQL Server database is selected for data query, backup, and saving. The parameter setting method of communication control system is analyzed, the simulation model of industrial boiler control system is established by using Matlab/Simulink, and the interface between host computer software (IBCCS-e) and the model is provided. This paper analyzes the results of communication parameter adjustment. The simulation results show that the industrial boiler computer control system (IBCCS) has stable performance, low cost, convenient operation, and good maintainability. After further improvement, it has certain application value in the operation transformation of new small- and medium-sized boilers and original boilers.

A new real-time angular distortion measurement system, composed of devices i.e. the photoelectrical auto-collimating collimator and the reflex light-tube installed on deck, is developed in this paper. Real-time measurement of vessels bi-dimensional angular distortion is achieved by using this computer control system. Two video signals of photoelectrical auto-collimating collimators are received by the computer control system, and real-time image processing is done to obtain the dynamic miss distance. Then relative distortion of vessel is calculated by overlying measuring results of these two-way images.

The Real Time Process Manager consists of a graphic user interface that enables the user to generate programs for real time applications based on programs written in standard C, assigns priority and execution period to each program, and also interchanges data among them. The functionality of this Process Manager was tested in computer control system of direct drive robot arm of CICESE research center.

A six degree-of-freedom (DOF) Stewart platform is constructed, which consists of six TbDyFe alloy magnetostrictive actuators, and applied to active vibration control. To control the smart structure, a real time computer control system is built. An improved adaptive filtering algorithm is proposed in this paper, which is used for the computer control system. The results of experiments show that the smart structure and the proposed algorithm are efficient for active vibration control. More than 30 dB of vibration attenuation is achieved in real-time experiments.

Multiple degree-of-freedom (DOF) vibration isolation is essential for precision control of space-borne structures and weapon systems. A new design and analysis of actuators employing magnetostrictive material TbDyFe is presented. Then, this paper studies the design and control problems of a six DOF Stewart platform using the concept of cubic configuration. Optimal geometry for the sensor configuration to get best signal is designed. To control the smart structure, a real time computer control system is built. Improved robust adaptive filtering algorithm based on nonlinear constitutive relation proposed in this paper and used in the computer control system. More than 20 dB of vibration attenuation is achieved in real-time experiments.

In order to solve the existing problems of artificial monitoring transfusion treatment and enhance the automation level of the hospital care and management, a hospital infusion monitoring system is designed. Hospital infusion monitoring system adopts the structure of distributed computer control system, adopts RS485 bus to realize the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer. The lower computer uses MSP430F149 MCU as the core, implements the dripping speed detection, the drug liquid remaining amount detection, at the same time to adjust dripping speed by controlling the stepper motor. PC microcomputer as the monitoring center, accepts data that transmits from the lower computer, and displays, storages, analysises and statistics, at the same time controls the lower computer.
