Four new species of genus Rhyacophila are described and illustrated from Thailand and Myanmar, Southeast Asia. Rhyacophila longicaudata sp. n. is in the R. nigrocephala Group; the very long basal segment of each inferior appendage distinguishes it from other related species. Rhyacophila aksornkoaei sp. n. and R. limsakuli sp. n. are in the R. anatina Group: they can be differentiated from other species of the group by the brush-like parameres and presence of a ventral process of the aedeagus in R. aksornkoaei sp. n., and by the rectangular apical segment of each inferior appendage and the hooked parameres in R. limsakuli sp. n.. Rhyacophila kengtungensis is in the R. yishepa Group and is characterized by the subtriangular shape of the preanal appendages in dorsal view and by the very large dorsal appendages of the phallic apparatus.

Three new species of Ceraclea (Leptoceridae) from Southeast Asia are described and illustrated: Ceraclea (Athripsodina) trisdikooni n. sp. from Myanmar, C. (A.) thongnooi n. sp. from Thailand and Myanmar and C. (A.) thongpongi n. sp. from Laos. Ceraclea trisdikooni n. sp. is distinguished from other species by its inferior appendages recurved ventrad nearly 180° apically. The apex of the basal segment of each inferior appendage is more pointed. In ventral view, each inferior appendage of the new species has an obvious basoventral lobe with numerous long setae. Ceraclea thongnooi n. sp. is distinguished from those by inferior appendages that are each shaped like a seahorse head both in lateral view and ventral view. Ceraclea thongpongi n. sp. is distinguished from other species by the rectangular preanal appendages. In dorsal view, the apical end of segment X is oval and notched apically; in ventral view, the subapicodorsal lobe of each inferior appendage is rounded and straight.

A new amphipod species, Dikerogammarus istanbulensis sp. nov., is described. Specimens were collected from a reservoir, near Silivri district, İ stanbul province, Turkey. The new species is similar to Dikerogammarus bispinosus Martynov, 1925 except for the presence of setae on inner surface of basal segment of pereopod 7 in both sexes and absence of long setae on the ventral side of second peduncle segment of antenna 1. In addition, epimeral plate 2 has many setae along the ventral margin in both sexes. A detailed morphological description and illustrations of the new species are given. Differences between the new species and related species are discussed. An identification key for the genus Dikerogammarus is presented.

Stenchaetothrips martini sp.n. is distinguished from related species on morphological and molecular character states. It is the eleventh species in this genus to be recorded from a species of bamboo, but only the fourth of these 11 species to have a prominent spinula on the mesothoracic furca. Described here from New Zealand, this thrips is presumably introduced from Southeast Asia, together with its host plant, Phyllostachys aurea.

The phylogeny of Orbilia aurantiorugra and related species is inferred from ITS sequence data. Orbilia aurantiorubra is redefined according to vital taxonomy. Integrated analyses of molecular and morphological data, and ecological (e.g. substrate) and geographical origin suggest the existence of three new species, which are described in this paper: Orbilia xanthoguttulata from Europe, O. succulenticola from the Canary Islands, and O. jugulospora from Ethiopia (Africa) and Taiwan (Southeast Asia).

TÓM TẮT Đầm phá Tam Giang - Cầu Hai thuộc vào hệ đầm phá lớn nhất Đông Nam Á với diện tích 22.000 ha, đặc trưng cho vùng nhiệt đới gió mùa. Hệ đầm phá là vùng có giá trị về đa dạng sinh học, sinh thái và môi trường. Từ 08/2014 đến 07/2015 chúng tôi đã tiến hành thu thập vật mẫu, nghiên cứu và đã xác định được 24 loài động vật hai mảnh vỏ thuộc 19 giống, 11 họ, 7 bộ. Bổ sung thêm 6 loài thuộc 6 giống, 5 họ mới so với nghiên cứu trước đây. Đánh giá được đặc điểm phân bố về thành phần loài, mật độ cá thể động vật hai mảnh vỏ theo ba loại nền đáy (cát bùn, bùn cát và giá thể) và ba nhóm loài theo độ mặn (loài nước ngot, nước lợ và nước mặn). Abstract Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon is the largest in Southeast Asia. It is ​​22,000 hectares. Lagoon system is high of biodiversity, ecology and environment. According to a researcher from August 2014 to July 2015, we have identified 24 species of 19 genera of 11 families of 7 orders of bivalve (Bivalvia) to be living in Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon. The result added 6 new species of 6 genera of 5 orders compared with previous studies. We have appreciated distribution characteristics of species composition, density of individual animals bivalve in three categories substrata (silt, sand and substrate ) and three groups of species under salinity (species of freshwater, brackish and saltwater).

This paper continues the publication of new data obtained during field studies in remote and poorly studied regions of Laos in 2015–2018. It provides descriptions of two new species (Bulbophyllum brachyscapum Aver. and Sunipia saccata Aver.), emended descriptions of two previously published but insufficiently known species (Cleisostoma verrucosum Aver., Oberonia vesiculifera Aver.) and reports of eight species newly recorded in the flora of Laos (Biermannia calcarata Aver., Bulbophyllum farreri (W. W. Sm.) Seidenf., Didymoplexiella trichechus (J. J. Sm.) Garay, Eria eriopsidobulbon C. S. P. Parish et Rchb. fil., Habenaria ciliolaris Kraenzl., Liparis caudata Aver. et K. S. Nguyen, Odontochilus umbrosus (Aver.) Ormerod, and Porpax ustulata (C. S. P. Parish et Rchb. fil.) Rolfe). Appropriate citations of regional literature, colour illustrations, data on types and distribution, descriptions, etymology, as well as notes on taxonomy and related species are provided for the studied species.

A new subgenus, 19 new species and two new subspecies are described from Vietnam, Laos and China: Tamdaotettix (Tamdaotettix) aculeatus sp. nov., T. (T.) flexus sp. nov., T. (T.) laocai sp. nov., T. (Laotettix subgen. nov.) tarasovi sp. nov., T. (L.) curvatus sp. nov., T. (L.) minutus sp. nov., T. (L.) inflatus sp. nov., T. (L.) sympatricus sp. nov., T. (?) robustus sp. nov., Gigantettix laosensis sp. nov., G. maximus auster subsp. nov., Diestramima hainanensis sp. nov., D. bispinosa sp. nov., D. hamata sp. nov., D. propria sp. nov., D. yunnanensis sp. nov., D. champasak sp. nov., Adiestramima adunca sp. nov., A. bella sp. nov., A. elongata sp. nov., A. perfecta hue subsp. nov. The oribatid mite subgenus Scheloribates (Topobates) Grandjean, 1958, is recorded from the Neotropical region for the first time. A new species of this subgenus is described from the leaf litter collected in Cayo Agua Island, Panama. Scheloribates (Topobates) panamaensis sp. nov. differs from its related species by the very large body size and presence of a strong ventrodistal process on the leg femora II–IV.

Seven new species of the genus Zhengitettix Liang, 1994 are described: Z. hosticus sp. nov., Z. mucronatus sp. nov. and Z. spinulentus sp. nov. from Vietnam; Z. albitarsus sp. nov. and Z. extraneus sp. nov. from Thailand; Z. palawanensis sp. nov. and Z. taytayensis sp. nov. from the Philippines. Two species, Z. curvispinus Liang, Jiang et Liu, 2007 and Z. obliquespicula Zheng et Jiang, 2005 are firstly recorded from Vietnam. An annotated check-list and key to species of the genus Zhengitettix are given. Position of Zhengitettix within the family Tetrigidae is briefly discussed.
