This survey focuses on the effects of organizational culture, leadership style and job satisfaction on senior high school principals' performance in East Jakarta. Sixty schools were selected randomly as a unit of analysis and data were analyzed by path analysis. Findings of the research indicated direct effects of: 1) Organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction, and 2) Organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction on the principal’s performance. The results also showed indirect effect of organizational culture and leadership style on the principal’s performance through job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction was the most dominant variable that effected senior high school principal’s performance.

This Researchaims to study the influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture, Emotional Quotation, and Job Satisfaction to Teacher Performance of Senior High School at Palopo Municipality South Sulawesi. Samplestudy involving 78 Teachers.The results are: (1) Leadership directly effects teacher performance (2)Emotional quotation directly influence teacher performance, (3) Job Satisfaction directly effects teacher performance, (4) Leadership directly effects job satisfaction, (5) Organizational Culture directly effects job satisfaction, (6) Emotional Quotattion directly effects job satisfaction.Based on this research, the factors of Leadership, Organizational Culture, Emotional Quotation, and Job Satisfaction to Teacher Performance should be developed by Central and Local Governmenteither Palopo or South Sulawesi.

The quality of education is strongly influenced by teacher performance. One factor that supports the improvement of teacher performance is job satisfaction. When job satisfaction is high, it will affect job performance and achieve goals optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance in the state Islamic Senior High School in Medan, Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative methods with a sample of 45 teachers taken from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Medan. Data analysis was performed using a t-test with a significance level of 95 %. Based on the test result, it is obtained that tcount > ttable. This shows that there is a significant correlation between job satisfaction and teacher performance. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that job satisfaction is one of the factors that increase teacher performance where the higher the job satisfaction, the better and the performance of the teachers. This study provides recommendations for educational policyholders to increasingly pay attention to the factors that can increase teacher job satisfaction in state Islamic High School public in particular or other educational institutions in general.

   The purpose of this study is to know: 1) the effect of certification on the performance of accounting teachers in Senior High School (SMA) Kota Cilegon; 2) the influence of career development on the performance of high school accounting teachers in Cilegon City; 3) the influence of certification and career development together towards the performance of accounting teachers in SMA Kota Cilegon. The method used is a survey of all high school accounting teachers in Cilegon City. Number of samples counted 48 people. Based on the research results can be concluded: (1) There is a significant influence between teacher certification with job satisfaction of accounting teachers in Cilegon City; (2) there is a significant influence between career development with job satisfaction of accounting teacher in Cilegon City; and (3) there is a significant influence between teacher certification and career development on accounting teacher accounting satisfaction in Cilegon City.

This research is about the influence of competence, motivation and organizational culture on lecturer performance mediated by job satisfaction at "MMTC" Yogyakarta High School. This research needs to be done because performance is a picture of organizational success, not merely the results achieved, also the processes that a person or organization undertakes to achieve its goals. So it is necessary to know how much influence and the direction of the relationship of several factors on the influence of employee performance in an organization, namely competence, motivation, and organizational culture factors that affect lecturer performance through job satisfaction at the "MMTC" Yogyakarta High School, so that it can be input, suggestion and alternative. in human resource management and policy development in improving existing human resource management, especially lecturer performance so that they are ready to compete and excel in their field of study. The subjects of this research are permanent lecturers at the "MMTC" Yogyakarta High School. The results showed that the hypothesis proposed was appropriate to explain that competence, motivation, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at "MMTC" Yogyakarta High School. Other results show that competence, motivation, and organizational culture through job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at "MMTC" Yogyakarta High School.

This is research aims to influence  of  work discipline, motivation, organizational culture, and work stress on public teacher’s job satisfaction at the Public High School  at Brebes District . This  research  was conducted in four Public High School. Primary data by the method of survey with questionnaires from 100 responden to the scale Likert with hypothesis used this research.  The techniques of processing and analysis data used linear regression analysis.   Result of the analysis performed revealed that there are positive effect of variable work discipline of teacher ‘s job satisfaction positive influence motivational variable of teacher’s job satisfaction, positive influence on organizational culture variables job satisfaction of the teacher, negative effect of work stress variables on teachers job satisfaction and positive influence of work discipline, motivation, and organizaonal culture stress work simultaneously on teacher’ job satisfaction.

<p><em>Purpose of this study to analyze the effects of leadership style, organizational culture on motivation and performance of senior high school techers in Wonogiri.  Job performance is very necessary for any profession. Job performance of teacher increasingly organizational performance so that purpose of company or organization can be reachable. Many factors which can increase job/activity such as leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation.How far leadership style and organizational culture influence to job performance is tested in this research, by insert motivation as intervening variables.</em></p><p><em>Test utilized to analyze leadership style and organizational culture influence to job performance that is path analysis,R<sup>2</sup>test, as well as statistic T test, and direct and inderct effect. Research data obtained from questionary answer propagated to the teacher of senior high school in Wonogiri. Result of research analysis express that leadership style and organizational culture has positive influence and significant to teachers job performance. And Motivation proof to be intervening variabel in relationship beetwen leadership style and organizational culture to teachers job performance.</em></p>
