The quality of education is strongly influenced by teacher performance. One factor that supports the improvement of teacher performance is job satisfaction. When job satisfaction is high, it will affect job performance and achieve goals optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance in the state Islamic Senior High School in Medan, Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative methods with a sample of 45 teachers taken from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Medan. Data analysis was performed using a t-test with a significance level of 95 %. Based on the test result, it is obtained that tcount > ttable. This shows that there is a significant correlation between job satisfaction and teacher performance. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that job satisfaction is one of the factors that increase teacher performance where the higher the job satisfaction, the better and the performance of the teachers. This study provides recommendations for educational policyholders to increasingly pay attention to the factors that can increase teacher job satisfaction in state Islamic High School public in particular or other educational institutions in general.

Teacher as a professional educator should has the academic qualification. Academic qualification required for a teacher is he or she at least should be educated of bachelor degree or diploma four.</p> <p>Fundamentaly, teacher performance is determined by the expertise and ability of teacher concerned. These achievement factor is so thick and so critical in its relation to competence, compensation, and also job satisfaction that may become the obstacle in the enhancement of teacher performance.</p> <p>Population in this research was the teachers of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya, amounted to 317, educated in bachelor degree or diploma four, had have service of minimal 5 years. Data analysis used the simple random sampling, structural equation model (SEM) analysis, by the assistance of PLS 2 software, conducted on 92 respondents and able to explain the effect of competence and compensation on the job satisfaction and the performance of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya.</p> <p>The results of research indicated that: Competence and compensation significantly influential on teacher job satisfaction;  Competence and compensation significantly influential on teacher performance; Teacher Job satisfaction signifiacntly influential on the performance of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya.</p> <p>The largest effect of the three variables hipothesized on teacher performance in this research was the direct relatedness between compensation and teacher performance.</p> <p> </p> Key Words: competence, compensation, teacher job satisfaction, teacher performance

<span><em>This research is intended to look into the existence of Province Acreditation </em><span><em>for School and Islamic School in Jambi through the policies and programs </em><span><em>executed, include the result of acreditation for islamic school at Ministry </em><span><em>of Religious Affairs in Jambi. The data from Jambi Ministry of Religious </em><span><em>Affairs in 2012 showed that from 538 islamic schools which have been </em><span><em>acreditated, ie:(a) 244 Islamic Kindergarten, 169 (7,63%) kindergartens </em><span><em>were acreditated, 75 (28,37%) kindergartens were not acreditated, (b). </em><span><em>263 Islamic Elementary School, 171 (61%) schools were acreditated, 98 </em><span><em>(38,20%) schools were not acreditated, (c) 345 Islamic Junior High School, </em><span><em>158 (44,99 %) schools were acreditated, 187 (55,01%) schools were not </em><span><em>acreditated and (d) 184 Islamic Senior High School, 88 (47,01%) schools</em><br /><span><em>were acreditated and 96 (52,99%) schools were not acreditated. From 1036 </em><span><em>educational institutions, there have been 450 (43,44%) islamic schools </em><span><em>which were acreditated while there were 586 (56,56%) isclamic schools </em><span><em>which were not acreditated. The main problem which happenned was there </em><span><em>were many islamic schools got C in acreditation and even some schools were </em><span><em>not acreditated. Purpose of this study to determine how the facilities and infrastructure for softball learning in Senior High School Jepara Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with the subject of this research is the Senior High School teachers in Jepara district. The collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis using methods that are carried out continuously with data reduction, data presentation and make a conclusions. The results showed that (1) From 9 State Senior High Schools in Jepara Regency had good softball facilities and infrastructure, because there were several schools that did not have the facilities. (2) The main inhibiting factor in the procurement of softball facilities is the price of equipment which is expensive and in large quantities. (3) Softball learning in the school has not run optimally, due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure. (4) The teacher is innovative enough in learning to modify the tools and how to play. The conclusion is that the price of softball equipment is very expensive and the amount of equipment is not small, so the implementation of softball learning in the schools has not been carried out properly, because of the lack of softball equipment and also requires a large field. It is hoped that schools whose facilities and infrastructure for softball learning are still inadequate should be available to immediately organize softball facilities and infrastructure while still considering the level of need, so the quality of learning outcomes for sports and health, softball material can run well and can also lift branches Softball in Jepara Regency has become a popular sport not only among students but also among the local community.

This study aimed to find out and toanalyze quality of lesson plans by senior high schoolteachers in Siak Regency. The lesson plans designed by teachers of the schools function as aguideline for them to run teaching and learning process at schools. It is a descriptive research. Dataof this study were collected through an instrument filled out by 142 respondents. They were seniorhigh school teachers in Siak regency. Data analysis was presented through descriptive statistics.The research findings revealed that quality of making lesson plans of senior high school teachers inSiak regency belong to the very high category (4.304 or 86.10%). The lesson plans aimed to matchteaching material with predetermined competencies, allocate time effectivelyand efficiently, decidemedia/tools as well as teaching materials, describe learning objectives and in detail, decideassessment techniques in accordance with the demands of the curriculum, organize teachingmaterials based on sequences and groups, decide appropriate teaching methods, design learningprocedures in accordance with competencies required, and decide appropriate references(textbooks, modules, computer program and so forth) to be used. These findings show that makinga lesson plan requires creativity and pedagogical skills. Creativity andmotivation lead to positiveaction in presenting quality, realistic, and concrete lesson plans

The research objective is to study the effect of the effect of work climate, job satisfaction and job dicipline toward teacher performance at Public Senior High School in Bekasi District. This research used quantitative approach. The sample of this research were 175 teachers selected randomly. The method used is survey method with path analysis. The research on the analysis it is conclude that: (1) work climate has direct effect on performance, (2) job satisfaction has direct effect on performance, (3) Job dicipline has direct effect on performance, (4) work climate has direct effect on job dicipline, (5) job satisfaction has direct effect on job dicipline, (6) work climate has direct effect on job satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 175 guru yang diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (4) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (6) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kepuasan kerja. This study examines the influence of leadership and integrated management information system on the performance of Klaten State Senior High Schoolteachers. To create a good teacher performance is done with the utilization of information technology through integrated management information system as a means to provide services and improve teacher performance. The purpose of this research are: (1) to know the significance of leadership influence on teacher performance in Klaten State Senior High School , (2) to see the impact of the use of integrated management information system on the performance of Klaten State Senior High School teacher, (3) to know the effects of leadership and system combined management information on the performance of Klaten State Senior High School teachers. The number of samples is 95 people with data collection methods through distributing questionnaires, digging from documents and interviews. Data analysis technique in a prerequisite test of data analysis using Parson Product Moment correlation (r). Testing data normality using Chi-Square analysis with 5% significance level, and multiple regression. The results showed that leadership has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, integrated management information system has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Klaten State Senior High School teachers, leadership and integrated management information system together also have a positive and significant impact on the performance of Klaten State Senior High School. Implications of command and integrated management information systems are vital factors that can affect the performance of Klaten State Senior High School teachers.
