<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of credit, innovation, and business management on the financial performance of savings and loan cooperatives in 8 districts in East Java. Technique of data retrieval is done by interview and kuisoner. In addition to interviews, researchers also used the financial statements of savings and credit cooperatives in 2005-2008 to determine the value of ROI (Return On Investment) on each saving and loan cooperatives. Data analysis technique in this research is done by technical analysis of inferential data. The results showed that the amount of credit, cost of innovation, and business management have a significant effect on ROI.</em></p>

<p><em>This study aimed to examine the effect of concentration (Herfindahl index, concentration ratio) and market share (Market Share) torisk taking (Zscore) on go public banks in Indonesia. This study using purposive sampling method with a sample size of 40 biggest bank by assets in the country of Indonesia in 2010-2014.</em></p><p><em>These results indicate that concentration with Herfindahl index proxies positive and significant effect on risk-taking. While the concentration of the proxy Concentration ratio and market share but not significant positive effect on risk-taking.</em></p>

<p><em>This research attempts to analyze the factors that affect the financing of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The independent variable in this study is the Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF). The sample used in this study were all population numbering Islamic Banks Islamic Banks 11. The data used in this study were obtained from published financial statements by Islamic Banks with the observation period 2013 to 2016. Based on the research result that the F test is declare that all the independent variables (independent) consisting of Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) have a significant effect on the Financing of Islamic Banks. At t test, Third Party Funds (TPF) </em><em>influence and significant to financing</em><em>, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return on Assets (ROA) </em><em>have no significant effect on financing, while NPF has negative influence and insignificant effect on financing.</em><em></em></p>

<p><em>This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of Quality of Service, Relationship Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty in BRI branch Tebing Tinggi. By using the 150 respondents BRI customers Tebing Tinggi branch determination technique in 2016. Convenience sampling is sampling, that the sampling technique with a collection of information from members of the population that is easily available and able to provide such information. Mechanical testing of hypotheses using multiple regression analysis and path analysis.</em></p><p><em>F test results showed that simultaneous all independent variables affect the customer loyalty. Based on t test results can be concluded that customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Relationship Marketing is not a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, while CSR significant effect on loyalty but has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Further significant variable customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.</em></p>

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the prediction level of bankruptcy by the method of Altman Z Score on banking companies Go Public during the year 2010-2014, the prediction of performance by using intellectual capital in companies that Go Public during the year 2010-2014 and the influence between intellectual capital against the risk of bankruptcy on Go Public companies are battling for 2010-2014.</em></p><p><em>This research uses quantitative method to know its direct effect. Meanwhile, to analyze the risk of bankruptcy using Altman Z-Score and to analyze intellectual capital using VAIC.The results of this study are a) During 2010 - 2014 the average banking indicated bankrupt 43.45%, 50.34% gray, and not bankrupt 6.21%. B) The average value of intellectual capital in 2010-2014 with the top category of 24.14%, good as much as 38.62%, common as much as 28.28% and bad as much as 8.97%. Thus it can be said that intellectual capital of banking in Indonesia is relatively good to support company performance. C) There is a significant negative influence between intellectual capital against bankruptcy risk.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Bankruptcy, Intellectual Capital</em></p>

<pre><em><span lang="EN-US">This study aimed to analyze the effect of economic growth and investment in the labor market in the Tangerang regency in the year 2009-2015.This research is quantitative descriptive research design and associative. The data used are time series data of economic growth, investment and employment in the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) 2009-2015 Tangerang regency. Data collection techniques are documentation in the form of books, journals and reports. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the classic assumption test, simple and multiple correlation, coefficient determination test, regression test and the partial hypothesis test (t test) and simultan hypotheses test (F test) with the help of SPSS software.</span></em></pre><pre><em><span lang="EN-US">The analysis showed partial negative effect on economic growth or reverse direction and no significant effect on employment. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of commercialization on the productivity of MFIs in Indonesia by using variable profitability consisting of proxies ROA, ROE, NIM and variable liabilities consisting of proxies size of the loan portfolio and leverage. The research is explanatory research with purposive sampling technique in MFIs in Indonesia to use data sources Microfinance Information Exchange from 2010-2015. The samples used in this study were 40 rural banks.</em></p><p><em>Results showed that the profitability and liabilities simultaneously significant positive effect on Yield Rate. And partially, ROE ROA NIM significant positive effect on Yield Rate with a significance level of 5%, 5% and 5%. While the loan portfolio positive effect was not significant to Yield Rate, and leverage negative effect not significant to Yield Rate.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: productivity, microfinance institutions, profitability, liabilities</em></p>

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of meaning in work as intervening variable relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement and analyze the effect of work engagement as pemediasi variable relationship between leader-member exchange and job performance. This study uses a quantitative research methods. While the sample used this study as many as 213 people in the PT Kusumaputra Santosa Karanganyar. The data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis method path.</em></p><p><em>Results of this study are a) Transformational leadership significant effect on work engagement. b) Transformational leadership and meaning in work significant effect on work engagement. c) meaning in work can be a mediating variable and is expressed as a partial mediating variables (partial mediation). This is because, after entering the variable Meaning in Work, due to the influence of the variable Work Engagement Transformational Leadership which was significantly be remained significant after entering Meaning in Work variables into the regression equation model but declined regression coefficient. d) LMX significant effect on job performance. e) LMX and work engagement significant effect on job performance. f) Work engagement can be a mediating variable and is expressed as a partial mediating variables (partial mediation). This is because, the influence of variables leader member exchange for job performance that was significantly be remained significant after entering work engagement variable into the regression model but declined regression coefficient.</em></p>

Angkasa, Using descriptive methodology. Variables in this research using forth perspective in Balanced Scorecard are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective .</em></p><p><em>The results showed (1) financial on CV. Angkasa was good, (2) most of customer’s were satisfied on its product’s even</em><em> </em><em>though there were complaint of delay product’s distribution (3) ineff</em><em>ic</em><em>ien</em><em>c</em><em>y production time was reason of delay product’s distribution occurred (4) lower employee ethos was caused by lower company attention which had on impact to relationship between employee and manager that will affect employee productivity.</em></p>
