Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi di sekolah dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan budaya organisasi dan motivasi. Implikasinya adalah adanya kebutuhan untuk Kepala Sekolah atau pemimpin lainnya dalam mengambil tindakan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: kinerja guru, budaya organisasi, motivasi ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND MOTIVATION AS PREDICTORS OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLThe purpose of this study was to analyze influence organizational culture and motivation to teacher performance. This study discusses about the influence of organizational culture andwork safety on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. This is a quantitative research by using questioner as a tool to collect data. The data collection technique used census technique with questionnaire as instrument. This research supported by 103 respondens of 114 teachers totally in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. Data analysis using SPSS 23, including multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with Sobel analysis.The result of the research are; there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety on the job satisfaction partially, there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety, and job satisfaction on the performance partially, and there is an influence of organizational culture and work safety on performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. All coefficients are positive values that show a positive influence except the effect of safety on the performance that have negative coefficients numbers.

Organizational success in achieving predetermined goals is influenced by many factors. One of these factors is human resources. This study aims to describe work discipline, organizational culture, and job satisfaction at the Muhammadiyah Vocational High School in Banten Province. The research sample was the permanent teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah Banten Province, with as many as 121 teachers. Organizational culture is measured by four indicators, namely autonomy in tasks obtaining a mean value of 3.94, autonomy in the results obtaining a mean value of 3.96, human orientation obtaining a mean value of 4.22, and orientation to development obtaining a mean value of 3, 79. In general, according to teachers' perceptions that human orientation is positively perceived by respondents. Based on the analysis results that have been carried out descriptively, the respondents' perceptions of work discipline, organizational culture, and job satisfaction are as follows: individual contributions to the organization. Work discipline can be monitored from the length of time worked in working hours, the level of frequency of employee permission to work, work attendance appears on employee attendance records. The test results show that the work permit best explains the overall work discipline of the teacher. Job satisfaction is related to perceptions of the conditions of work being managed. Teacher job the job itself measures satisfaction, promotion, supervision, workgroup, and working conditions. The test results show that satisfaction with the workgroup to complete the job can explain overall job satisfaction. Teacher performance must have four types of competency outcomes, namely pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competence at work. The test results show that personality competence best explains overall performance, followed by professional, social competence, and the last is pedagogic competence.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on teacher performance with work environment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents, namely teachers who teach at Senior High Schools in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that the organizational culture and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work environment and job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, found organizational culture, leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, it was found that work environment variables and job satisfaction mediate fully the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of these studies it is expected that the leaders or principals in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency be able to give attention and priority in institutionalizing organizational culture and creating a conducive work environment to improve job satisfaction and teacher performance. Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance

Teacher as a professional educator should has the academic qualification. Academic qualification required for a teacher is he or she at least should be educated of bachelor degree or diploma four.</p> <p>Fundamentaly, teacher performance is determined by the expertise and ability of teacher concerned. These achievement factor is so thick and so critical in its relation to competence, compensation, and also job satisfaction that may become the obstacle in the enhancement of teacher performance.</p> <p>Population in this research was the teachers of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya, amounted to 317, educated in bachelor degree or diploma four, had have service of minimal 5 years. Data analysis used the simple random sampling, structural equation model (SEM) analysis, by the assistance of PLS 2 software, conducted on 92 respondents and able to explain the effect of competence and compensation on the job satisfaction and the performance of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya.</p> <p>The results of research indicated that: Competence and compensation significantly influential on teacher job satisfaction;  Competence and compensation significantly influential on teacher performance; Teacher Job satisfaction signifiacntly influential on the performance of the State Vocational High School Teachers in Surabaya.</p> <p>The largest effect of the three variables hipothesized on teacher performance in this research was the direct relatedness between compensation and teacher performance.</p> <p> </p> Key Words: competence, compensation, teacher job satisfaction, teacher performance

The purpose of this study is to determine the Fixed Model or Theoretical Model of Organizational Commitment that can describe the structure of the causal relationship between exogenous variables with endogenous variables Organizational Commitment of Head of Vocational School in Medan City. This research was conducted in 2019 with a total sample of 106 using Kreijcie tables. Data were analyzed by path analysis after meeting the analysis requirements tet, namely the Normality and Linerity test. The research findings indicate Organizational Commitment of Had of Vocational High School are directly affected by organizational culture, academic supervision knowledge, and job satisfaction. Thus, a theoretical model or fixed model was found that illustrates the structure of the causal relationship between organizational culture variables, academic supervision knowledge, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of head of vocational high schools in Medan City. To increase the head’s organizational commitment, organizational culture, knowledge of academic supervision, and job satisfaction must be included in the strategic planning of human resource development at the Vocational High School in Medan City, but still consider other variables that influence further organizational commitment research.

The purpose of this study was  to analyze the influence of principal’s managerial skills and quality culture on teacher performance. The research method used survey method. Data collection techniques used a rating scale scale questionnaire with scores ranging from 1 to 5. Respondents are 90 teachers of State Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. Thus the performance of teachers can be improved through improving the principal's managerial skills and quality culture.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh  keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya mutu terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya mutu

This Researchaims to study the influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture, Emotional Quotation, and Job Satisfaction to Teacher Performance of Senior High School at Palopo Municipality South Sulawesi. Samplestudy involving 78 Teachers.The results are: (1) Leadership directly effects teacher performance (2)Emotional quotation directly influence teacher performance, (3) Job Satisfaction directly effects teacher performance, (4) Leadership directly effects job satisfaction, (5) Organizational Culture directly effects job satisfaction, (6) Emotional Quotattion directly effects job satisfaction.Based on this research, the factors of Leadership, Organizational Culture, Emotional Quotation, and Job Satisfaction to Teacher Performance should be developed by Central and Local Governmenteither Palopo or South Sulawesi.

The aim of research is to know the influence of work motivation modernize job satisfaction and labor discipline upon teacher performance on SMKN 6 Padang. The results of research have founded (1) variable of job satisfaction have influence significant upon teachers performance of SMKN 6 Padang, (2) variable of labor discipline have significant influence upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang, (3) variable of work motivation have significant influence upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang, (4) variable of work motivation strenghter influence job satisfaction upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang, and (5) variable work motivation strenghter influence labor discipline upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang. The results of this research gives practice suggestions to vocational high school 6 Padang in order that increases the work motivation through enhacement job satisfaction an d labor discipline of SMKN 6 Padang.
