This is research aims to influence  of  work discipline, motivation, organizational culture, and work stress on public teacher’s job satisfaction at the Public High School  at Brebes District . This  research  was conducted in four Public High School. Primary data by the method of survey with questionnaires from 100 responden to the scale Likert with hypothesis used this research.  The techniques of processing and analysis data used linear regression analysis.   Result of the analysis performed revealed that there are positive effect of variable work discipline of teacher ‘s job satisfaction positive influence motivational variable of teacher’s job satisfaction, positive influence on organizational culture variables job satisfaction of the teacher, negative effect of work stress variables on teachers job satisfaction and positive influence of work discipline, motivation, and organizaonal culture stress work simultaneously on teacher’ job satisfaction.

This study discusses about the influence of organizational culture andwork safety on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. This is a quantitative research by using questioner as a tool to collect data. The data collection technique used census technique with questionnaire as instrument. This research supported by 103 respondens of 114 teachers totally in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. Data analysis using SPSS 23, including multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with Sobel analysis.The result of the research are; there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety on the job satisfaction partially, there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety, and job satisfaction on the performance partially, and there is an influence of organizational culture and work safety on performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. All coefficients are positive values that show a positive influence except the effect of safety on the performance that have negative coefficients numbers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze organizational culture and leadership of the sport branch Board and Athlete Performances and impact against KONI (Indonesian National Sport Committee) of Riau Province. The object of research is the Sport Branch Board members of KONI (Indonesian National Sport Committee) of Riau Province. Population in this study is the Sport Branch Board members of KONI of Riau province as many as 165, with a sample of 117 people, by using a formula Solvin. The type of data required in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained from the results of empirical research through deployment questionnaire to the Branch Board Sports, while the secondary data source authors were obtained in the form of ready-made include about organisational profile of KONI of Riau Province.  Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis tools used in the study was a multiple linear regression analysis.  Results from this study showed that: (1) There is a positive effect of the Cultural Organization (X1) on the performance variable (Y1) the coofficient 0,386 with sig = 0.002 ≤ 0,05; (2) there is a positive influence Leadership variable (X2) of the variable Cultural Organization (Y1) the coofficient 0,182 with sig = 0,038 ≤ 0,05; (3) there is a positive influence organizational culture variable (X1) to achievement athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,252 with sig 0,002, 4). there is positive leadership variables (X2) on achievment athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,287 with a value coofficient sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. there is a positive influence organizational culture variables (X1) to the achievement athlete (Y2) with sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Cultural organizations are independent variables that influence is greater than the other independent variables. Coofficient determination or R-square is 79.04%, while 20.96% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Suggestions for further research are to find out other variables that have a greater influence on the performance of government policy, and the development of school sports.

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, work environment on turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Kwalita Bali, Gianyar Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 35 people. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale to measure 17 indicators and four research variables and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of stress experienced by employees, the turnover intention will increase. Finally the non-physical work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention where the better and more comfortable the work environment, the lower the level of turnover intention. Abstract One way to improve the performance of the HR is to pay attention to employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction is an important factor in HR to produce the optimal performance. If this employee fells dissatisfaction, it can cause work stress and make employees leave the company. Therefore, social support is needed to manage the level of stress from work in company environment.This research was held in PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm to find out wether there is an influence betwee job stress to job satisfaction wit a source of social support as a moderating variable. The sample of tis study was 40 hatchery employees, and using a censuss method. Researchers analyzed and calculated with regression.The result of tis study refer to the formulated hypothesis that job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction, and social support can reduce job stress and social support has a positive influence to job satisfaction of employees. On the analysis result which used t-test showed that job stress and the interaction between job stress and social support has a influence to job satisfaction.   Keyword : Job Stress, Social Support, Job Satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on teacher performance with work environment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents, namely teachers who teach at Senior High Schools in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that the organizational culture and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work environment and job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, found organizational culture, leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, it was found that work environment variables and job satisfaction mediate fully the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of these studies it is expected that the leaders or principals in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency be able to give attention and priority in institutionalizing organizational culture and creating a conducive work environment to improve job satisfaction and teacher performance. Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee empowerment and family work conflicts, work stress and compensation for job satisfaction in employees of Alaya Resort, Ubud. This study, the method of determining the sample was done by purposive sampling (judgmental sampling) and obtained as many as 62 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that family work conflict had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, work stress and a significant and negative effect on job satisfaction and compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on employees of Alaya Resort Jembawan Ubud. Based on these results, the management of Alaya Resort Jembawan Ubud is expected to be more prudent in providing compensation to employees, and management is also expected to improve communication with employees so that they do not feel burdened with excessive work. Institutions can use customer satisfaction to build loyalty and success in educational institutions so that teachers can evaluate how the institution is operated. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on vocational high school teachers' Narimo ing Pandum attitudes and analyze factor of teacher job satisfaction and Narimo ing Pandum attitudes. This study used mixed-method research. This study was attended by 100 vocational high school teachers majoring in office administration from nine state vocational high schools in the Solo Raya area, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by interview and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis was conducted with simple linear regression analysis test and interactive analysis (data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion). This study’s findings revealed that there was a significant effect of job satisfaction on the vocational high school teachers' Narimo ing Pandum attitudes. The highest factor of teacher job satisfaction was coworker support (20.27%), and the lowest factor was the work itself (13.77%). Meanwhile, the highest percentage of the Narimo ing Pandum attitude was honest and sincere (22.28%), and the lowest percentage was gratitude (13.17%). These findings contribute that school principals need to pay serious attention to job satisfaction and Narimo ing Pandum attitudes by optimizing what teachers need in teaching. It is hoped that the teacher can apply the principles of the Narimo ing Pandum attitude.

The success o an organization in achieving its goals is determined by the human resources it has,which plays an important role in helping the achievement of organizational goals and also determine and predict the success or failure of a policy, strategies and steps related to operational activities that are ready to be implemented so as to greatly support the achievement of the organization’s vision and mission to quickly develop rapidly and can anticipate competition. This research was conducted aiming to determine the eect of work stress, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Mojang Nova Bread Factory. The population taken from this study were all employees of the Mojang Nova Bread Factory. This sampling uses a census sample of 50 employees. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The method used in this data collection is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using quistionnaires and analysis using SPSS 16 software. Instrument testing uses validity and realibity tests, for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study explain that (1) Work Stress has no effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0,052 and a significance value of 0,0568. (2) Compensation affects the performance of employees with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,494 and a significance value of 0,002. (3) Job Satisfaction affects employee performance with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,396 and a significance value of 0,004. (4) Work Stress, Compensation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees with the results of F value of 6,062 and the significance value of 0.001.
