The purpose of this study is to: describe the best practice of conducting management model of TSM skill program using Mapping, Exploring, Goal setting, Assessing, PROmoting (MEGA-PRO) concept and prove that management model of TSM skill program using MEGA-PRO concept is able to reduce waiting time students to have income. The method used is qualitative research. The research was conducted at SMK N 8 Purworejo in Central Java. Data were collected by using participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using a four-stage analysis of qualitative data that includes data collection, data reduction, data classification, and conclusion. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that: (1) best practice of conducting management model of TSM skill program using MEGA-PRO model is able to improve the knowledge, skill and students’ attitude, and (2) management of TSM program using MEGA-PRO model is able to reduce waiting time students to have income.

The objective of this study is to obtain a fixed model that can be applied in the framework of capacity building of course institutions through meeting national standards for non-formal education, accreditation registration, and the application of total quality service. This research method is action research ranging from the formation of teams per area & Need assessment, data processing of the needs assessment survey, socialization and training, facilitation of 20-course institutions to be registered for institutional accreditation to National Accreditation Board for Early Childhood Education and Non-Formal Education (BAN-PAUD-PNF), assistance to thin management institutions in prepare accreditation and implementation of TQS, explore cooperation with BAN-PAUD-PNF in Jakarta. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded: 1) to increase the capacity of course institutions it is necessary to improve quality through the accreditation of institutions from official state institutions, ISOs, and from the application of total quality service management (TQS). Through institutional accreditation, it will be able to increase public confidence in the existing course institutions. Likewise, with ISO, it will be able to increase public confidence, that the institution has implemented good management.

E-literacy and education are important components in improving the quality of human resources needed in an organization. The purpose of this study is to reveal the importance of e-literacy and public policy education. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) requires e-literacy and education to improve performance results so that public services can be maximized. This becomes interesting research in the development of science-based on the real events that occur in Indonesia. Where so far, e-literacy and education is only intended for the public, especially millennial generation. The research method used is the study of literature where data is obtained through various secondary sources that are relevant to theoretically strengthen research results. The findings explain that e-literacy and education are effective and efficient strategies in overcoming budget constraints and low levels of ASN competence. With e-literacy and public policy education, it is hoped that the professionalism of the ASN bureaucracy will increase and the quality of public services will be better.

The purposes of this study are to see teacher performance measured by the conduct of the national leaving exam in Kediri city.  The study used a qualitative approach to which content analysis was done.  For the in-depth analysis, observation and interviews were completed.  After the data were collected, the trustworthiness of data was done by comparing various data.  Data were analyzed using the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman (1984).  Results show that to perform the national leaving exam, principals assigned teachers to well perform since the preparation of curriculum, teaching materials, teaching methods, and assessment tryout, to which the following well-prepared instructional designs were developed: enrichment of teaching materials, addition of teaching hours, learning guidance, tryout of national leaving exam, as well as guidance to mental and spiritual.

This study aims to describe: (1) prior and retrospective knowledge, (2) untrained skills, and (3) attitude to be induced as the knowledge, skills, and attitude to support students’ future career.  This study used descriptive design and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results show that practices on career development for vocational schools indicate that (1) the knowledge on capitalization, persuading potential customers, and product efficiency are trained shortly to students, (2) skills to optimalize online media, capitals, banking, and networking for cooperation are not yer trained by the local schools, and (3) few schools provide pieces of training on the benefits of product marketing as the future prospect.

This study aims to see the effect of dimension of the external perception that includes tools of service, the color of service color, uniqueness or stimulus contrast, individual style to attract attention, and moves or service techniques of both partial or simultaneous service made by employees in the Medical Doctor  Faculty of Lampung University.  This study applied a correlational design that used a questionnaire to collect data.  The sample was recruited by 10% from 771 students of Medical Doctor allowing 91 selected at stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using inferential statistics of linear regression. The hypothesis was tested using SPSS version 19.0.  Results show all hypotheses are rejected concluding that there is a significant effect among tools of services, the color of services, uniqueness or stimulus of contrast, individual attraction, moves or techniques of services partially and simultaneously.

The role of family education, school and society are needed to achieve the success of students. Not without reason, the development and influence of the environment today will affect the child's developmental body indirectly will have an impact on his future later. Children are a source of great potential for the continuity and progress of the nation. Literature studies conducted aim to provide an understanding of the importance of the role of partnerships in family education, schools, and communities to shape the character of the nation's children and explain how the process must be carried out to achieve these goals. The results of the study reveal that families have a basic role to educate children and morals. While schools and communities have a companion role. A quality environment and school will influence children's learning process in order to achieve success in their lives.

Learning is a daily activity for students. there are also learning activities that do not include lecturer designs, because of the students' own desires. There are several motivational theories, among others: encouragement theory, intensive theory, achievement motivation theory, competency motivation theory, and motivation needs theory. cooperative learning system or cooperative learning is a teaching system that provides opportunities for fellow students to work together on structured tasks. Cooperative learning is known as group learning. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which can also be called development research. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, by applying methods in cooperative learning. Based on the discussion that has been done in the previous chapter, in general, it can be concluded that the application of STAD type cooperative learning methods can increase student motivation in the Capita Selekta Education Course. This was evidenced by the average student motivation in the high category in both Cycles I and Cycle II with a percentage of 56.25 and 62.50%. With an increase in student motivation significantly also affect the results of learning evaluations with a complete score category> 75.

This study aims to describe the ability of students at x grade students of MAN 1 Bima in writing anecdotal text with a scientific approach. Therefore to know this problem used the theory of qualitative data analysis and quantitative analysis by using the tabulation width of student learning achievement in the book of  Prof. Mahsun, MS, and other theories. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with the character of analytic description. Interpretation of data is done through literature method and field observation with student assignment technique writing anecdote text using the scientific approach. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the students' ability to analyze at x grade students of MAN 1 Bima in writing anecdotal text with the scientific approach is at less-skilled value, This is evidenced from the results from students’ score that is only under minimum score. This is also evidenced by the results of qualitative data analysis and the score of students is only in the range under the minimum score. it is also evidenced from the results of qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis used tabulation data sheet that shows the number of the ability to write anecdote text of all students got to score 30 that is in the less skilled value category.
