The main aim of the study is to understand the role of entrepreneurial education in entrepreneurial success and the mediating role of psychological capital and the mediating role of social competences between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial success. The success of business rises-out of the overall investments in an enterprise. This is not just narrowed to the tangible in-puts only for example “Financial Capital,” however as well as on “In-tangible Resources.” The occupation of entrepreneurship is an extremely stressing work including taking risks and frequently challenging the amount of work, therefore necessitating mental contributions such as psychological capital and entrepreneurial education and learning. In addition, the job of entrepreneurship as well as includes doing business with other individuals of various positions involving clients, partners, labor force and investors, therefore necessitating an entrepreneur or business person to show an excessive amount of social competences so as to relate with other individuals. In the current paper, the sample consists of owners and managers of small firms in Thailand. This paper analyzed the data of owners and managers who are working in micro or small businesses. The sample size of this study consists of 292 respondents. The findings of this paper propose that supporting and educating entrepreneurs or business persons to reinforce their social competence and psychological strength is vital. This paper will enrich the empirical evidence and literature body. Additionally, various institutes will know from this paper that how much entrepreneurial education is important for the success of the business.

The intermediary effect interval of the preschool teachers' competence characteristics → positive psychological capital → the subjective well-being of the preschool teachers is (0.23—0.55), does not contain 0, and the effect amount is 0.35. The competency characteristics of preschool teachers → The direct effect interval of subjective well-being of preschool teachers is (0.05—0.36), excluding 0, and the effect quantity is 0.20, indicating that positive psychological capital as a mediator variable has the characteristics of preschool teachers and the subjective well-being of preschool teachers. Partial mediating effect, the ratio of mediating effect to total effect is 64.01%.

Purpose This study aims to adopt implicit theory (IPT) to develop a creative mindset model and drive entrepreneurial success through innovation capability (IC). Design/methodology/approach Expert interviews were conducted using a questionnaire protocol. This study investigated the effect of the creative mindset on entrepreneurial success through IC, using a partial least squares analytical technique and by interviewing 176 Thai business owners. Findings The creative mindset drove entrepreneurial success through IC. Entrepreneurs possessing a growth mindset reflected and drove success directly or through IC. Although, those with a strong, fixed mindset did not significantly affect entrepreneurial success, they could drive success through IC. Research limitations/implications This study provides further insight into the probable causation of how the creative mindset and IC affect tourism entrepreneurs’ success. Accordingly, this study contributes a framework to help entrepreneurs’ creativity and performance in achieving their business goals. Originality/value Drawing from IPT, this study empirically tests and substantiates the mediating role of IC in the relationship between the creative mindset and entrepreneurial success in the tourism industry. This study can help entrepreneurs increase their managerial effectiveness.
